Comfy & cozy hotel! Very friendly staff & very communicative with any queries

Not a bad stay not enough attractions around it.

Great bang for your buck. Room was clean and comfortable. Guests were respectful and not noisy. Good bar and restaurant. Solid gym to get a nice pump. Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the unique aesthetic. Will be back on my next trip. Hoping to get some warmer weather next visit so I can enjoy pool area.

Had a great stay here for a weekend trip. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, and the bar/ restaurant was great. The weather was not cooperating so i was unable to relax by the pool, but the pool area setup looks incredible. Will be staying here again!

We had a great experience, friendly staff, and comfy beds. Staff had really nice recommendations on nightlife and entertainment and made us feel at home. Great rate on the hotel and very close to the *****, looking forward to staying with the them again in the near future!

Very nice hotel, very unique! Close to the ***** with very affordable prices. Clean and comfy. The bar is absolutely great, we had some good times with awesome music and service. They have every kind of cocktails and drinks and the restaurant offers excellent food as well. I Highly recommend this place.

Avoid. Declined accommodating us at 1am and then had the audacity to decline a refund. I was at the register at 1am for check-in ... and was left to look for another hotel. Ended up finding new hotel at 4am and my day/trip was ruined, plus I had to double pay for hotel.

Our group had a horrible experience. We bought out the hotel & they agreed to our terms. The highlights were the front desk staff, very friendly & helpful. The hotel was recently renovated & sub par. NO PHONES IN ROOMS! The manager acted like she wasn't aware of this, if we had a true emergency the police & ambulance would've had a difficult time finding us, also if you needed ANYTHING you had to ride the 1 old red lighted slow HOT smelly elevator. The only place to get ice is from the front desk, there are no coffee makers in rooms, watery coffee & cold water are in the lobby in containers. the only microwave is behind the front desk. No shelf in the shower, so you have to put your soap/razor on the floor. Some of the rooms were freezing, most were hot, our ac barely worked. Towels were stained & dingy. No iron, or hair dryer was provided either. Upon arrival they obviously freaked out & immediately called in extra security. I think the fact that we were a group of all black professionals scared them. They treated us like criminals. We were not permitted to walk around the hotel with as much as a plastic cup of water or any other yeti style cup. We had an open bar daily during certain hours & were harassed about beverages the other times. Bartenders were also great & would've been tipped alot more had the Lexi not treated us like inmates. Overall the hotel was dirty, housekeeping didn't even make it to my room til the last day of my 3 day stay. After reading other reviews I think they were hoping to make our stay so intolerable that we would voluntarily leave or they could kick us out & keep our money. These people are unscrupulous scammers. Oh and we were only able to smoke ********* on the 4th floor or outside the hotel, not poolside. An Uber driver told us that the hotel did not obtain the proper credentials to allow this. Security lurked & stared & made us very uncomfortable. Please avoid this property.

The marketing vs reality are not even close. It’s a dark, dank hotel that someone is trying to revive and not close to reviving. The room had an electrical problem, flickering ceiling lights. The replacement room had the same problems. Electrical issues…how are they licensed?
