First time we stayed here was holiday of 2021. I was pleased. The room had a wonderful view and staying in the adult tower was wonderful. Stayed again a couple months later and a couple months after and just keep coming back. I like that the ****** is open. Free valet parking and the attendants are always no nonsense and get the vehicles in a timely manner. They offer bellhop service; again free. I have yet to have any issues with check in and if there is a line it moves fast. The restaurants inside are very good. I love the cafe and river rock is a classy little masterpiece. Outback is amazing. There is some fast food in there and a gift shop (not owned by ******). The room is very large and elevators conveniently located. I have been here at peak where all rooms are booked and restaurants full. Take the boardwalk to the famous Riverside Resort for additional fun or the river taxi up the river to visit other venues. I love gambling here. I haven't won ”the big one” yet but I always win enough to keep playing for hours or days. They do keep the machines up pretty well. I would like to see more cocktail hostesses (or hosts!) and I would prefer food room service but thats a minor detail. Cannot give 5 stars as have had a couple mishaps that are a total star loss. A broken shower in which only the bath was working. Room service did not come at all one morning when the sign was placed to state we needed cleaning. A room next to the parking garage one saturday night was too loud. Not sure how they can work that out. All in all, I recommend visitors to come play at the Aquarius!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Before booking our five-day vacation, I did some searches on the reviews from the area, including Hotels.com, and found this to have a 7.8 out of 10 and affordable. The reviews seem decent; now, I believe they were phony. Their webpage advertises that every room will receive a snack basket upon arrival. There were no snacks, and when my wife inquired at the front desk, the front desk employee told her she had no idea what my wife was talking about. My wife told her it was on their webpage and the response from the staff member was she didn’t know anything about it. The front of the building was under construction, which in and of itself was not a big deal, but when we walked in, it appeared we flashed back to the late 1980s; this place needs a serious facelift to bring it into 2022. Check-in was terrible; the staff seemed to have an I don't care attitude; they seemed more concerned about the conversation they were having with each other before I walked up than the new guest checking in. Once we got to the room, the 1980’s theme continued, from the TV to the furniture to the room thermostat. However, it was very clean, so we agreed to overlook the old and outdated room as we did not plan to spend much time in it. After our first night, we left early in the morning, stopped at the front desk, and again encountered a staff member who did not seem to care and had the attitude of why we were interrupting her. We were simply requesting to have our room cleaned. This employee responded with an attitude that she would add it to the list. My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief. We returned to our room in the evening and found it had not been cleaned. My wife called down to advise our room had not been cleaned and that we needed towels so we could shower. The employee actually laughed at my wife and said it was not her fault the room did not get cleaned. My wife had to ask for towels three more times before she got off the phone. We waited in our room for about 15 minutes before walking down to the front desk. Again, this employee was explained about our request for service and then the phone call. She contacted someone on the phone to get us new towels and asked if we were going back to our room. At this point, we decided to play some games and authorized them to enter our room, leave the towels, and pick up the trash we had bagged up for them. We returned to our room over an hour later… You guessed it, there were still no towels, so we went back to the front desk and spoke with a new employee who was at the front desk as we asked for the manager. This employee said they did not have a night manager, and we would need to talk to the day manager Debbie. We were informed that there was “no one in charge when the manager was not there.” We again asked for new towels for our room, and she assured us she would call and have them sent up. When we arrived back in our room, the same housekeeping staff member my

Have been here many times including staying at the RV portion of the property. At the RV site, there's nothing there, except a small dog area and a playground which is unshaded - too hot after 10am for the grandkids. There's a pool at the resort, but its a really long walk. The ****** Table Games are closed except for night time, so don't expect to play live gaming. The workers who are there, don't seem to be trained in customer service, employees avoid eye contact/greetings. If you are hungry, please try the chain food places like Subway, Sbarro, and Panda Express. We have stopped even bothering to eating at their restaurants. All of the last 3times, we had bad experiences. If there is a problem with a dish, a complaint to management, does absolutely nothing. You still get charged. Their menu, is very limited at the times my wife and I like to visit. So simple that we no longer even bother to sit down for food. As many problems as we have had with service and food, yet the same workers are still there, still with bad attitudes. They used to have slot and video poker tournaments. No longer, not since 2019. They used to bring my wife and , just to play and earn more points. They used to have comedy shows we would visit. They used to have events in their event center. It seems like its a place of the past, not of the current.

Very professional front desk staff, quick check in and out. Limited amount of large vehicle parking in front of casino but lot of room in the parking lot next door. Free parking. Room was average size, bed was medium firmness, pillow were ok. Limited number of power outlets. Bathroom had adequate sink counter space. The restaurant next door at the Frontier is open late. Would stay here again when in the area.

My first visit to Laughlin NV so I have no other hotels in area to compare. The Harrah’s Laughlin was rundown. Carpets in hallways stained, rooms lacking dressers, no paintings/pictures on walls but there were holes in the walls where artwork was hanging in past. Bathroom tubs that didn’t drain with stained grout. Harrah’s listed a “smoke free” ****** area however every time I was there multiple people were smoking. Never saw an employee ask said smokers to move to another ****** area. Both nights of our stay there was a line to take elevator to hotel room. The wait was 10-20 minutes to get on elevator. I took the stairs up to the 14th floor both nights. Asked other guests the next day was told there was 12-18 people in the elevators. Not great in regards to preventing Covid transmission Staff was friendly but appeared bedraggled The adult pool was ok but numerous lounge chairs were broken Overall a depressing place to stay.

Pros: It was clean. It was cheap (during the week). There was no resort fee. There was vinyl plank flooring, not carpet. Restaurant was really good. Location was right on riverwalk. Cons: No refrigerator or microwave. AC was not turned on when I entered room (it was 109 degrees outside). WiFi was present, but slow. Furniture was sp**** and odd (desk, but no chair; weird piece of furniture that was larger than a chair, but smaller than a loveseat; no towel bar by sink; bare white walls). Cheaper rooms are in a separate building far away from front desk. No place to do laundry. The required $75 deposit is actually charged to your credit card and refunded - they don't just hold your card number in case of damage (this is really off-putting). Bottom line: If you're looking for a cheap overnight stay in Laughlin or relatively close to I-40, this is the place. But if you're looking for a weekend getaway, you might spring for something a tad pricier to get more value. Come to the restaurant either way - food was high quality, large portions, and relatively reasonably priced (I had 2 meals there).

Laughlin is still stuck in the 90s when it comes to a lot of things. So if you go there already knowing this it won’t shock you as much. The edgewater is on the river, so that’s fun. However the hotel rooms need a MAJOR renovation! They also are in need of some deep cleaning. I would say new carpet to start!

Very disappointed with how I was spoken to when all I did was ask a question. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she's always like this. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. The room was pretty clean just had some spiderwebs and alot of dust around the window. The balcony had alot of dead bugs.
