Golden Nugget Laughlin

We were on a road trip so we were just in transit and stayed one night.   The room was good, nothing spectacular, but met our needs.  Sufficient

Looked at reviews looked good but it shows its age in rooms and ******. Steak house was great food and service. Bubba gump very bad. Asked day before if I needed res oh no Monday’s are dead. So we arrived 6:45 and told a 15 min wait. So we sat at bar service ok and then both bartenders left the area which I thought was strange sure enough the girl came to get us and couldn’t find bartenders to cash out. They finally appeared and we cashed out and taken to our table. Great by waitress got water ordered 2 drinks and 1/2 pound peel and eat shrimp. No this is their spl. And shrimp cooks in 4 minutes and ice bath. Well after about 25 minutes the waitress showed up and I asked how long does it take to prepaid our shrimp. Her response was now we don’t want to start out negative. I said negative then she informed me that they were short handed. I asked if the prices were reduced and she said I’ll go yell at them in the kitchen and proceeded to leave. We got up and left. Very unprofessional and I will tell  everyone I know to NEVER go to your restaurant unless u want rude service and staff that could not care less.

room is big and clean.free parking and lot of food option .will stay here again if I come this area

This hotel is low price for family and Thai restaurants and a bad way too reet before I go to Los Angeles

Experience was very good.  We were able to bring our 2 little dogs and celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.  We were married on the Colorado Bell Paddle Boat sorry to see it’s not there anymore but the Golden Nugget Hotel made our stay worth while 

Absolutely the worst bed for comfort I've ever slept in. They did not have the room we reserved so I complained about it. The desk person talked to her Mgr. and were told they were giving us an upgraded room. BS! Most of our corridor was under construction and we had the unsleepable bed for an upgrade. They would not change out the room again. Nugget sucks!

Exactly as expected for the price. Clean, convenient, economical. ****** was a ******. Plenty of food choices. Hot tub, pool. Riverside view. Hot shower. Freezing AC. Great spot to stop in between CA and well, anywhere else. Will stay again.

The trip booking was prepaid and it said $12.99 resort fee to be paid at property. But property charged $20+ and said trip is quoting the wrong amount. This is deceptive

The hotel is a little run down but all in Laughlin are TBH. Still clean and comfortable and a really reasonable price. Hotel is right on the banks of the Colorado River. In non peak times the restaurants all close at 8PM so be aware, we checked in at 7:30 and managed to get a table in claim jumper, staff weee really friendly and the portions huge. Ordered chocolate fudge cake to take back to the room - it is massive and could only eat 1/4 between us.
