Price was good. Rooms were clean. Beach access was great!

For some reason I've stayed there a couple of times it's not bad but when you're in the room the air conditioning vent is facing towards the wall I have no idea who would design this so poorly 🤣 turn the air conditioner to 60° and it still wasn't that cool 💯

Clean and spacious room. Most of the weekend only 1 elevator was in service. Made for up to a 30 minute wait to get to any place. The North Family was crowded and pool water was dirty. More shaded areas need to be added.

Paper thin walls let us hear our neighbors conversation and loud tv at 6 am in the morning. Resort fee included waters which weren’t in the room. Neither was the do not disturb sign and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Lastly, they charged an additional $132 on top of our resort fee that I had to go to the front desk and have removed stating that they don’t know why that was included. Can only imagine how many poor people get ripped off like this.

Overall the rooms were nice. The only downfall for our room was there was no hot water.. it was just luke warm with the handle turned ALL the way to hot. We were there just for a night so nothing was said. Our friends were in another room and had hot water so just something with our room. Again overall it was a great overnight stay.

This confirmation was for a central tower room. At check-in, we got placed in North Tower... With a nice view of the parking lot. Elevators are old, slow, and can be a wait. But gift shop, restraunts, and the river front location were good.
