Convenient location. Room is nice and clean.

The hotel room is spacious and bed was comfortable. There’s ample parking for the guest which makes it very convenient for people who are driving.

Very clean and quiet at night even though we stayed on a Friday.

Convenient location and central of the city

The hotel was clean as expected and in a good location overseeing Launceston. Service staffs were nice and helpful and parking is easy at the location. Recommended.

I drove to Tasmania and settled down in Launceston. The whole hotel check-in went smoothly. The front desk service was also very good. The parking lot was free (I was so happy when I remembered that I spent 35aud parking fee the day before). The room bathroom was super good, and the minibar was also very nice. Many of them were affordable. I stayed for one night and then continued to set off. The hotel is very convenient to the surrounding restaurants. You can take a walk. There is a Malaysian Chinese restaurant near the hotel. I recommend trying it.

There is no front desk or room service until 11 o'clock every night, and only the security room is left in operation. It cannot provide delayed check-out and is relatively rigid.
