Staff are friendly. Hotel run down. Door to room didn’t lock, sink blocked so water drains slowly, pool dirty and tiles missing, balcony seems to need repair, no hot water for shower, no tea or coffee in room and bedroom adjacent to main road. Overall not worth such a high price.

The staffs are very accommodating. The location is quite good to view the breathtaking Taal.

Booked this place only because it was very near an event we had to attend to. Our first option was Narra Hill but it was fully booked. This place does not deserve to be called luxury! We booked the biggest and most expensive Deluxe King room and it was terrible. Actually the whole place is terrible. Old, dilapidated and filthy will best describe this place. We could not even sit on the lounge sofas in the common area nor in our room because the fabrics looked worn out and dirty that we felt itchiness just by looking at them. The noise of passing vehicles woke us early in the morning. It was noisy and getting noisier as Tagaytay was waking up on an expected busy Sunday. I was the only one who was able to sleep because I had consumed alcohol the night before. Unfortunately my wife only slept for a few hours. She was also awakened very early in the morning because some people tried several times to enter our room. Our breakfast was served at our balcony facing the volcano. The only 2 positive things we experienced at this place was the food (although it was served cold) and the excellent, unobstructed view of the Taal Volcano. But even then, my wife could not wait to leave this disappointing hotel. If you're looking for a luxury stay in Tagaytay, there is none. The best that I can recommend is the Anya Resort (but there is no view).
