I have stayed at this property many times. I have never had any issues. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

Good hotel. The bed however sloped to the middle. Room 305. When we told the night clerk she just looked at us with no comment. I would be sure not to have that room.

We unfortunately got there in the middle of the night. I was told by the front desk that the pool was closed down for repairs. That is the reason I picked that hotel. I had kids that wanted to swim. We got to the rooms. They smelled really bad and were not clean at all. One of my kids said her sheets felt "sticky". I requested a pack and play for the baby and it was totally disgusting. We had to request extra blankets in order to drape it so the baby wasn't exposed to the nastiness that was in it. We checked out within 12 hours and went somewhere else.
