Loved our stay at Splendido Hotel. I have read mixed reviews so I managed my expectations. It was a quick birthday weekend with my kids who haven't been to Tagaytay and they have been wanting to see Taal Volcano. I am so glad I chose Splendido. Totally leaned on the positive reviews. From the staff to the WiFi, from the bed to the bathtub, and the view OMG everything was perfect. I love how the staff was available but not hovering. It was secure, safe and so peaceful! My kids can't wait to be back and so do I. Thank you Splendido!

This review has been long overdue. We stayed during the first week of May for an overnight stay to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. Reservations team will immediately contact you after you successfully made you booking. I requested for a simple set up in the room since its a mini celebration but they said it comes with a charge so I just said no. Breathtaking view btw when you entered the lobby. Very quiet and serene, away from the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Rd .Early check in was charged tho I guess there were not much guests at that time. They gave us an upgrade with a room facing the lake. Understaffed due to pandemic. There was a bit delay when we entered the recreation area since the security on duty asked us for our health certificates which was already presented during the check in. But we eventually got in.. We got the pool all to ourselves. The ff morning, when we headed to the breakfast area, they immediately served it to us as if the food had been waiting all morning. The food was not even warm. My boyfriend liked the spanish omelette and I ordered tapang taal. Both tasted fine although cold. They held us during check out because their cabinets are chipping and theyre blaming it on us when it fact it was already like that when we arrived and we didnt even bother to complain bc its just a small thing. Overall, service could use some improvement. Its just like getting what you paid for since I got the room for just 3500.

Good facade. A little cramped with 2beds inside. Location is a bit of a drive from the main highway. Breakfast is plated as well. They have good bed and pillows. Will consider again if attending another wedding in Tagaytay. Plus points of having their own chapel. I was thinking the place can hold an intimate wedding ceremony.

We stayed overnight at Anya Resort last June 2021. We had fun despite the initial disappointment that the swimming pool was closed. We were so looking forward to swim and relax at the pool. We had a senior and a minor in our group, the resort required an RTPCR test. We did the saliva RTPCR. My family enjoyed the resort's other facilities like the gym, mini archery, batminton and table tennis. The rooms were very modern, nice, clean, huge and has a veranda! The bathroom was extra huge! It has 2 sinks, rainshower and a bathtub. There was no contact check-in and check-out which were done in our rooms. The customer service was very good! They accomodated our request of a table inside our room where we can play mahjong at night. We were also so happy that they have sungka, which I requested to be brought inside the room. Breakfast was delicious. It was ala carte. They even gave us complimentary hot choco! Tip: Go on a weekday so there will be not much people. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Anya Resort. My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

My family (wife and 3 kids) recently had the pleasure of spending a relaxing one-night stay at Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay, and our experience was nothing short of delightful. From the serene ambiance to the attentive staff, there were several aspects that left a positive impression on us. Our room, a Executive Suite 3 Bedroom, was comfortable and well-appointed. The view from our balcony was not that breathtaking but there was a glimpse of nature and the city bound by one look. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a cozy stay. The staff at Hotel Casiana deserves special mention. From the front desk personnel to the restaurant servers, everyone was courteous, friendly, and attentive to our needs. They were always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests, and their warm hospitality contributed significantly to our positive experience. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, offering a range of local and international dishes. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of options to suit different palates. The only downside was that the dining area felt a bit cramped during peak hours, but this didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the meals. While we had a wonderful stay, there were a few areas where Hotel Casiana could potentially improve. Firstly, the Wi-Fi signal in our room was a bit weak, which could be frustrating for guests who need a stable internet connection. The cable channels mostly have no-signal as well. Additionally, some areas of the hotel seemed to require a little more sound proofing to lessen the sounds of the highway of cars and motorcycles zooming along as we slept. In conclusion, our one-night stay at Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay was a memorable experience. The combination of the breathtaking view, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff made it a worthwhile getaway. With a few updates to the sound proofing and signal interruptions, the hotel could easily reach five-star status. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the tranquil escape this establishment provided. We would certainly consider returning for another visit in the future.

1. It is very convenient to park, with extra bed, suitable for bringing children. 2. The scenery of the balcony is invincible, and the view of Taal Lake is unobstructed. 3. Sitting on the balcony, there is a feeling of ”the breeze is coming, the water is not happy”. 😁 4. In the early morning on the balcony, there is a cool breeze, and the birds in the valley are constantly singing, which is very healing. Probably the best lake view hotel in Tagaytay.

It was a good stay. The building and rooms were a bit old. The lake wing is A bit far from the main lobby and required a long walk. It wont be easy if you have seniors along. But service is okay. Had to request for handsoap bec it wasnt provided. No free water bottle in the room but free water refill along the hall way. We were given a nice view facing skyranch and taal lake. I like the hands free elevator though. breakfast buffet is okay

Our stay was amazing! It was just one night but we felt so happy! 😁
