Staff at the front desk was friendly, but bathroom conditions could be better.
Not sure why if check out is 12pm, housekeepers are knocking at the doors at 9:30am and they were loud talking on the hallway, little bit annoying if you want to rest.

Overall it was good. Could use updates.
Hot water was no where near hot. It wasn't even barely warm. Check out was at 12 noon and housekeeping shouted at our door at 1045. Other than that it was ok

Property seemed great, traveled there on a road trip. Fell asleep quick but woke in the middle of the night realizing the pillows in our room STUNK like urine! Rest of hotel was clearly in middle of being refurbished/ renovated, very limited breakfast options and some areas of hotel needed help (ie elevator seemed in need of TLC). rest of room was ok.

They’re under construction. No breakfast. Poorly constructed, faucets are lose, no water pressure in sink. Old toilets and doors.

Location was good, dining and shopping close by. Right off the interstate. Unfortunately the hotel was in the prof renovations so NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST, NO COFFEE! Also we made a reservation 2 months ago and we waited almost 2 hours for a room. We were passing thru on vacation to visit family for the day so we had limited time. They kept telling us 15 more minutes but continued to pass us by and giving rooms to people just arriving. We were waiting there and kept checking in with them. It was an awful experience and we ended up missing dinner with family we haven't seen in a few years and only had time for a short visit with them. I would love to have just found another hotel but we knew it was passed our cancelation policy. Would like to have been refunded for this kind of customer service.
