This is the umpteenth time I've been here. OK. Still using stairs. Car parking is often limited.

Hi, thank you Mandala Wisata for the hospitality and comfort offered This hotel has a traditional hotel concept Positive: The ambience feels like being at grandma's house with a really cool garden. The cleanliness is CHAMPION! There is a comfortable terrace for smoking smoki The staff are friendly and ready to serve Hot water flowing Very close to the CFD area Opposite the hotel there is a food stall so eating is safe There is a wedangan jadoel in front of the hotel which is always busy Negative: I came to the room and was greeted by several dead lizards There is no cupboard so bags and clothes are placed on a small table Got 2 chairs but 1 was wobbly and needed to be repaired I was there for 3 days and was only given 2 bottles and 2 towels No renewal of towels & additional complimentary bottles of mineral water The room I stayed in from morning was not cleaned / tidied up again Hopefully it will become evaluation material for tourist mandalas Thank you 🙏

It's really worth ordering. close if you want to go anywhere, the facilities are also okay

The deluxe room has 3 big beds and is clean

the air conditioner is not cold enough, there is a lot of rubbish under the bed
