We stayed here for one night whilst on our way to Chester. Good value hotel with free parking outside. Sign could be a little clearer as you turn in as the junction sort of creeps up on you as you come round the corner and we almost missed the turning. The sign for the reception isn’t well lit and in the dark it was a little hard to spot. The hotel is in a good location there’s a Sainsbury’s supermarket and retail park very close by it’s also a short drive or a 10-15 minute from the Telford international shopping centre. We usually stay in the Telford international but this time this one was slightly cheaper so though we would try it. We managed to park right outside the reception doors. Car park spaces aren’t huge so you do end up quite close to the person next to you although there is more parking further up by the restaurant. The room was clean and well maintained we had no issues. We were on the second floor up towards the end and it was nice and quiet. The rooms are large and have wardrobe some seating with large bed and good bathroom, with shower bath etc and shower gel and hair was products. There’s a hair dryer in the room plus tv and tea and coffee making facilities. We didn’t use the restaurant for any meals so couldn’t comment on that. Staff were friendly and check in and check out was easy.

Excellent stay, located just off the M54/A442 and next to the railway station, access to Ironbridge and surrounding areas very easy. The hotel has a Beefeater Restaurant next to it, food excellent and good service. Staff in hotel reception very helpful, must mention Sara made us feel most welcome, well done. Rooms in the hotel clean and spacious, bed comfortable, overall a very relaxing two nights and would certainly recommend if your visiting the area

Stayed in this premier inn as an overnight stop on our way home from visiting Devon, Sarah who was on the reception was a really lovely girl and nothing was too much trouble, a real credit to the company The beefeater adjacent to the hotel was also a nice place to eat, especially after along drive, we decided to have our evening meal there, the steak was cooked to perfection and in addition, the staff were friendly and helpful…Emily who was training was really nice and wish her well for the future david & catherine xx

The hotel is s standard Premier Inn with a decent amount of parking. It did everything that was expected of it in that you got a decent night's sleep. What let the hotel down was the fact that it hadn't been upgraded to take account of the need for WiFi and USB charging. While the hotel provides a decent free WiFi it didn't reach to our room (24) at the end of the corridor. Be prepared to have to sit in the corridor to get a signal. There are no USB ports in the room so you need adaptor plugs to charge phones and tablets. (The one USB below the television does not charge.) The TV in the room was also poor with very few channels actually tuned in. All the higher ones (e.g. Channel 5+1) reporting a weak signal or aerial not connected. Overall, a decent night's sleep but technologically the room is still quite a few years behind.

It’s was so lovely saying here , Sam on reception went out of her way for people. I didn’t know the area as I was down for training she helped me out on directions on how to get there she couldn’t do enough for me. Made me feel very welcome. It’s nice to go somewhere and have some body there that is friendly and bubbly. I would definitely come back and say. Julie adegbite.

A tale of two halves- having stayed here before I know how important it is to book you evenings meal and breakfast tables else you can be booked out !. One one night the service was excellent and I mean excellent, serving staff attentive friendly but on the following night it was just average-the difference a shift change can make -breakfast the following Morning I believe there was a lack of forecast planning re staff - they where under pressure .Ihave to wait over 20mins to put my breakfast order in an I could not get cereal because there was no cereal bowls . Did eventually get fed and it was OK. It just a shame the consistency was not upheld. However that said I will he happy to return in the future

Our experience was terrible with a room above that was so noisy but the hotel was fully booked so was nothing that could be done. The noise of what sounded like adults jumping off the bed until 2am caused our daughter great upset and sleep deprivation on a night we needed her to get a good night sleep as she had early start for a dance comp. Would never stay here again.

Slept well on comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Good service. Our room needed some tlc. No way can I write a two hundred letter review. It's far too long. Next time I will not bother making a review...
