Hotel has nice visual from outside. Seems newly renovated from outer appearance. Lobby was nice and clean as well. There was an exercise room, a pool and hot tub (hot tub was shut down), laundry facility for guests and single serving prepackaged breakfast items with generic waxy fruit and a small assortment of coffee and juice. That is where my nice comments end. The hallway to my room had broken wall tiles laying on the floor where they had become lose and fallen. My key card worked once to get into my room. I went out the side door to get some things from car and my key card didn’t work on the side door and deactivated it. And that wasn’t the first time it deactivated. My room was barely cool with the a/c unit running at 70 and it was extremely damp and musty smelling. Several things needed touching up in the room. Bedding was neatly tucked and placed but that is the nicest thing I can say about my room. Upon looking at the a/c unit, one could tell it hasn’t been cleaned and it was a source of mold. I swear there was mold/mildew visibly growing on the walls and ceiling. I took pictures of that.

The property is not worth the price they charge. Other than the room and location do not expect any additinal services. Gym & laundry were out of order, Housekeeping didnt had toothbrush & tooth paste , Breakfast spread was terrible not even eggs or fruits.
I will not choose or recommend this property.

The employees were wonderful but our room was not clean. Stains on the pillow cases, clumps of hair on our bedsheets, more stains on the couch pillows. Cobwebs in the stairwell on the walls. The front desk and breakfast cook were very friendly and were hard at work, just disappointed in the cleanliness of our room.

I couldn’t sleep all night the air conditioning conditioner unit made a very loud noise all night☹️
