Excellent hotel! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the hotel was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Palace of Versailles. Special thanks to the Trip.com customer service agent who was incredibly proactive and enthusiastic in helping me resolve an issue with the hotel.

First of all, the location is terrible, it's too remote. If you're visiting Versailles, everything else feels incredibly far away. Even places that don't look far, like 10 km, take 50 minutes by car. The metro system is such a hassle. I would never stay here again in my life. The hotel entrance looks abandoned, with overgrown weeds. It's so expensive for what you get, which is basically nothing. They even deducted dozens of euros when I checked out, it's practically highway robbery!

Very helpful staff. She told us to park the car outside hotel which is free instead of using the hotel car park that costs 15€. Rooms are clean and the shampoo and body gel are good brand and quality.

The room that i has been arranged, came with handicap washroom which also the carpet soaked with the water which caused the room with a strong unpleasant smell.

The room was very good, but the cleaning staff took something I left on the table. I recommend putting away all your belongings, valuable or not, before heading out.

The staff provided excellent service, I highly recommend them. However, there was an issue with the air conditioning.

The location is super convenient, really close to the Palace of Versailles, and the surroundings are very peaceful. Overall, it's a comfortable hotel with high standards. I was on a business trip this time, so it felt a bit far from the city center for me. However, if you're bringing family for a vacation, it would be an excellent choice. The breakfast was also good and quite extensive, I was very satisfied. There aren't many dining options in the immediate vicinity.

A charming French-style hotel near the Palace of Versailles. Being part of a global hotel chain, it boasts high standardization. The facilities, hygiene, and breakfast all met expectations. Very good.

We checked in quite late, and they kindly gave two small toys to the kids, which was a lovely gesture. The service was excellent, and the room was good too. Plus, the price was really affordable. The kids were thrilled with their new toys and had a great stay. It's also super convenient for visiting Versailles the next day, as it's very close by. And the parking next door was free!

The room was small but exquisite, and there was free water available in the lobby on the first floor. However, it's about a 30-minute walk to the Palace of Versailles and roughly 20 minutes to find a place to eat, so the location is a bit out of the way.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Palace of Versailles. The staff are friendly and the room facilities are good.

The room was comfortable; the only issue was that the sink in room 329 had a problem with the drain, but everything else was fine.
