The hotel was clean and pleasant and the room comfortable to sleep in

Parking is very convenient, there are plenty of parking spaces, the room is clean, and there are two beds. Very comfortable. There is a kettle, etc., the equipment is quite complete, the room is also new, and the mattress is very comfortable. There is a shopping mall nearby, and there are many things to eat

It's just a domestic home-like hotel, not very close to the Palace of Versailles, so-so

Invited to friends for the evening, this hotel played its role very well: large, clean rooms and free parking available.

The services are very good, no problem. The location is very close to the Palace of Versailles, but far from the city. UBER takes more than half an hour. The room is small, the bed is also small, and the elevator is even smaller. The local facilities are like this.

Everything was well arranged, good service

The worse thing about this hotel is that it is indicated on their website as having Air Conditioning. IT DOSEN’T. It has air cooling which was hopeless when the temperature is above 18 degrees. We were given a fan to cool the room, but all this did was to circulate the hot air. This is not the fault of the staff but the owners of Mercure Hotels who have given false information on their website. The staff tried to appease us as much as they could and tried to move us to another hotel with A/C but no suitable rooms were found as we planned to stay in Versailles for three days. The room was clean, beds are a bit hard, which suits me but not everyone. Disappointed that the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but Westfield Shopping Centre just across the road which has plenty of restaurants. Didn’t participate with breakfast so cannot comment. Plenty of free car parking, but some distance from Versailles Palace.

This was the worst hotel booked by our Filipino tour group for a 4-country European tour. Carpets are old and stained; rooms are dated and dark; and amenities are lacking (no slippers/no toiletries). But what was worse is how this hotel made us feel discriminated upon. Our group of 38 was assigned to take breakfast in a small, enclosed, make-shift room, where they brought food from the main dining area. This is an understandable arrangement on its own, but the room was too cramped for guests to move freely and did not have enough chairs to accommodate the entire group. At the same time, although there was not a shortage of food brought inside, you will eventually feel degraded when you see how the main dining room looks like and the available food choices. I do not believe it is a question of competency as this hotel has been operating for years. If at all, this hotel promotes discrimination and is not consistent with the Accor brand. The management of this hotel should be revamped, as it promotes the wrong culture among its staff.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Stephanie, the manager, was very helpful and understanding. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting the Palace of Versailles. The location is also excellent, if you’re passing by Paris en route to the south or the west. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Our stay was perfect for what you can expect in a suburban location - clean and comfortable room, a basic buffet breakfast and parking. The free parking was especially nice in this area, though the parking lot is small so not sure you can expect a spot with a very late arrival. Our check-in and check-out was quite easy and the service at breakfast was also good.

Very basic hotel in a good location. Free parking, breakfast decent, staff are pleasant but the rooms are old and very tired and the plug sockets in my room were virtually all broken. I have no idea why you can't get at least one English channel on the TV but hey this is Mercure and customer satisfaction is obviously an afterthought. I would not stay here again which says it all really.

Adequate for what we needed- access to Versailles and secure above ground parking. Friendly reception and easy check in. No restaurant although has a good breakfast room. Bar is open in the evening. Hotel is being refurbished which it needs. We noticed an unpleasant smell when we came into the hotel from the car park and did have to ask to change room as the bathroom was very smelly. Hopefully the refurbishment will solve this! Anyway, they were very accommodating and changed our room straight away. Room is ok but again not great for example towels are not bath towel size or very absorbent and no face flannel. Shower gel provided but no shampoo and conditioner. However a shoe shine and shower cap is provided, a couple of cotton wool pads too. There is bottled water provided but not replenished the second night we stayed. Reception isn’t manned all the time so we weren’t able to check if this was an oversight or policy. There is a kettle and limited tea/coffee provided. On the plus side for us, the car park is above ground so we could park our campervan, it’s easy to get into Versailles by bus (2€) and right by a very large shopping centre with various restaurants. Not sure I’d really recommend here or come again but there again it was absolutely adequate for what were our priorities, so I’d possibly sit on the fence and say try it, especially once they have finished the building/painting.
