"Air conditioning is still not working although there is some air ventilation blowing and a fan. Lucliky the weather is less hot (32 deg/27 deg) when I am there, so there's no need to open window at night, but obviously not too comfortable. Otherwise most facilities are ok, however they are not the original condition when they were rated 4*. This hotel should be rated 3* now. Location is fine if you are using public transport pass, so can catch bus 47 or walk from metro station. Going to city center taking maximum 30 minutes. We often walk back at midnight and street is bright and safe."
