The service is excellent, and the hotel also emailed in advance to inform the hotel of the details of the services that can be provided, including meals.
Although the location is outside the urban area of Avignon, the environment is very good and it was chosen on purpose.

總整體環境很好，酒店不大，但是各種細節做的很到位。每天打掃也很及時，房間打掃的也很乾凈細緻。酒店的餐廳就是當地的私廚，每天提供早餐晚餐，味道也很好。有一位白頭髮戴眼鏡的女經理，特別熱情，用餐快結束的時候chef還會出來和大家打招呼，詢問菜品口感。唯一不滿意的是我們定的家庭房，樓上一個雙人床很舒服，但是樓下的沙發床打開後是不平的，睡的特別不舒服，孩子和媽媽在樓上睡，我一個人在樓下三個晚上都沒有睡好

就是一個很一般很一般的住的地方，一個小院圍起來，搭了兩幢兩層簡易房子。房間衹有門可以通風，比較悶。一直開着門吧，蚊子就往裡跑。
服務真心不怎麼樣。有一天晚上斷電，去前台求助。值班人員的意思是她沒有辦法，讓我回去等天亮。但是天氣很熱，沒有空調，蓋着西方賓館的鴨絨被能睡覺嗎？在我再三再四地逼問下，她不知從哪裡找來了一對老夫婦幫忙。問題是在我和值班人員的溝通過程當中，她一直不讓我進大堂，她也一步都沒有走出來過，跟我隔着玻璃瞎扯。我都不知道她當我是住店客人，還是打劫的。
來的兩位不會講英語，靠着我不靠譜的法語簡單交流。兩位既不是業主，也不是電工，業餘純幫忙。好在問題還算簡單，就是整棟樓都跳閘。兩位也非常負責任。
整個地方裝修有點花心思之外，剩下的就是大門隨時封閉，停車比較安全。

An island in the midst of big box stores. The hotel is quiet, has a very pleasant garden with olive trees and a shady trellis, a good restaurant and a fitness section (that I did not try)... Rooms are clean and well appointed.... The boiler and some coffee and tea are a nice touch for those who get up extra early and need starter fluids... The downside is the surroundings, but the price is right (I paid around $70 for a night.). Also, it's njot easy to find... But it's definitely worth the money.
