Friendly staff. Good location. Easy access to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants.
However, there was no air conditioning. You could open window a little bit, but air ventilation was still not good. It’s hard to say there was a view in the room, unless you consider a loading bay was okay.
There was no free wifi provided in lounge or in hotel room. It’s chargeable at £3 per night.
It’s noisy in the morning when workers began unloading products for a supermarket nearby.

Last time we stayed the hotel was a mess tired rooms decor was not great. But since you had the refurbishment I was impressed. Comfortable beds had a really pleasant stay. The team was extremely friendly I must thank mark who went above making me feel welcome and helpful with information about the area and places to go to.

waj and anna was outsanding on reception on wednesday was a great experiance great team and ckean rooms . massive change wirh the refurb. car park in the shopping centra was ideal only 4£ for 4 hour and free from 6pm till 8am cant conplain . will be back

can't complain about stay here. price was reasonable, room large and clean. centrally located walking distance from rail station. staff were very friendly and helpful. couldn't really ask for anything more from a budget hotel stay. recommended

I find it very irritating that I have to keep coming down to re program my card. Only had 1 towel in the room when the room was occupied by 2 people and it stated that on my booking. My WiFi was not working and I was told it must be my network thats not the way to handle someone's query very disappointed!!!

Lovely stay at this hotel. From being welcomed by the friendly female manager upon my arrival, to a nice clean room. I was very pleased with my stay. Great location in the centre of town. Overall a friendly experience! Would definitely stay here again!
