Great customer service. Erika and Donna are very pleasent, accommodating and consummate professionals.I would encourage everyone to stay in this little piece of Germany. Erika can be proud of Pension Anna! We would stay here on every visit . Wunderbar!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Pension Anna. It is located in the center of town with convenient off street, free parking. We were able to walk easily to all of the resturants and shops plus our room was cheerful, spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable! The breakfast buffet was delicious. Especially the streusel coffee cake! We look forward to staying with them again.

Hotel Pension Anna was a wonderful stay in Leavenworth. Staff are all friendly and warm, making the stay feel like we'd arrived in Bavaria. Our room/suite was spotless, with a comfortable bed and nice, antique furnishings. Breakfast is traditional w/delicious coffee cake, pastries, boiled eggs to order, and savory items. Parking on-site was great as the hotel is right in the middle of Leavenworth, so we were able to walk from the hotel to most anything in the town. We'll be back.

We cannot love this little gem of a place more. Pension Anna is a place that makes you feel you are visiting that Bavarian town with that German feel. The bed and duvets are like pillows of goodness that wrap around you like a hug. The breakfast is bar none the best! We absolutley loved Emma and Ericka! They were so accomodating and the best gift was to be able to put our parents in the gorgeous Parish room. This is my third time being here and will always be the place we choose to stay when in Leavenworth!

We were disappointed with our room for the price. It was worn, toilet didn't always flush, and sink wouldn't drain. The balcony was very small, and looked over a parking lot. That being said, the the staff were impressively friendly, and accomadating.

Great small boutique hotel that’s off the Main Street but very walkable to any destination in town. Comfy beds, hand painted furniture, full European breakfast with lots of great coffee. Emmi and Amanda made us feel welcome and answered all questions we had.

Pension Anna was just wonderful. We had the best stay of our holiday here. The bed the pillows were so soft and comfortable. The breakfast was a traditional German breakfast. The inerternal decor was as expected. Beautifully painted and decorated handcrafted furniture that a person just doesn't see anymore, was outstanding. The owner Erica was the best. So hospitable and nothing was out of reach. Thank you for the lovely stay at Pension Anna.

We were so impressed with the service and we particularly felt extra care from Donna. Emmy was so friendly and made our delicious breakfast very special. The coffee and breakfast choices were spot on and we would definitely return. Please thank the hotel staff for making our rooms, cozy, comfortable and clean.

One of the worst rooms we've ever had and we are seasoned traveller's. Our room is by the front door which slams loudly every 15 to 30 minutes. Why would you even have a room like this? Very selfish on their part. The town is completely booked or we'd leave.
