Location close to all nearby facilities can stroll the nearby restaurants great for us after a beer 😆 staff are very friendly and friendly

飯店位置很好～ 走出大門右轉就是主要逛街吃東西的街道～ 有附設停車場，櫃台不是24小時的，9點後櫃檯沒有服務人員，不過9點後基本上也都在房間休息了！不影響

Top value central location 5 mins walk to Main Street and free shuttle stop to bus transfer stop to Seattle. Comfortable beds and friendly people happy to store your suitcase as you explore the sights before checkin

Great location. Nothing special about the room but it did seem clean. We only stayed one night so it served our purpose well for exploring the adorable town.

I would stay away from that place, so many other lovely places in this lovely town a few days after we left there after staying for 1 night, we saw an extra 54$ charge on our credit card, when inquiring about it they said it is for a broken remote control they found in the room, it was already broken when we got there So they accused us for braking something that was already broken, charged without even talking to us, and then continued to ignore our requests to cancel the charge as it wasn’t damaged by us Stay away

We scheduled to stay at the Leavenworth Village in while volunteering at Mission Ridge for the Special Olympics. While on the mountain my husband broke his leg. On the way to the hospital I called the hotel and they went above and beyond to help us. Sarah, the evening manager, changed our reservation to an ADA, ground floor room at no extra charge and offered to stay until 10pm if need be. We got to the hotel around 9pm and she found us extra pillows, helped us to find delivery food, gave us plates etc and could not have been more helpful. The room was so cute too. The bathroom being accessible was a godsend for us. Really the people could not have been nicer and we will definitely be coming back to the Village Inn next time we stay in Leavenworth.

While a screw up on our part in the scheduled date caused us to find other accommodations, thanks to the patients and over the top assistance from the young lady on desk duty that evening (New Years), we found an excellent hotel in a nearby city and returned the next afternoon to Leavenworth Village for a great time. The owner of this establishment has a gem for an employee and she deserves recognition. Thank you young lady. You sure left a great impression on us.
