Sleep Inn & Suites Lebanon - Nashville Area
4.1/578 Reviews
We had booked another hotel but they called us to say they had overbooked. So from the road, I began to call all the hotels in the surrounding area of Nashville. Wonderfully enough Amanda from the Sleep Inn said, “Come on over honey, we got you.” Our family four are grateful for the wonderful customer service. They really went above and beyond. The staff was just great and filled with that southern hospitality I just love. The hotel and the room was well cleaned. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was perfection. The kids loved it and hubs was excited for all the outlets. Breakfast in the morning was good. All the usual favorites and the waffle maker the kids were tickled by. The staff was kind and greeted us and helped when needed. We will be staying here on our way back home. Thank you Sleep Inn Team! We are Choice Family for life now.

It’s a basic hotel, geared toward business travel. There are no extras- no housekeeping during your stay, no bar. My room did not have a toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom so I had to go and ask for a roll of paper at the front desk.
