The hotel is terrible and feels like a youth hostel very different from the photos. Even though amenities listed show spa there is none and they charge a fortune to use it. The host doesn’t speak English and is rude, rooms are filthy, linen has stains and fridge had ice cream all over. The cherry on the cake is the aggressive owner who bullied us with very rude messages after we gave him a bad review. He also seems like a compulsive liar in his answers to our bad review. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, stayed in much nicer hotels in the area for much less. That was the most and only unpleasant experience we had in Puglia when all the other hosts were great.

Motel six at BEST. This facility is extremely basic. Small rooms with old furniture, which was in various states of disrepair. Breakfast was very basic as well and nothing at all to get excited about. The only redeeming feature of this facility was its location near the old town section. The staff only spoke Italian so if you are an English speaking guest, you’re in trouble. I would not stay here again and don’t understand the many positive reviews that I’ve read about this place.

Good location within walking distance to Centro Storico. Great restaurants, bars, cafe’s all around the accomodation. The only let down was parking - it is not included, you either have to be lucky enough to find on the street or pay. Not a big deal but good to know. Breakfast is simple but plentiful, gracious staff.

We stayed one night in this location, in Epicur apartment, 2 adults and one kid. The main room is big and it is well equipped, but it is a little dark because it has some small windows up and the room has high ceilings. The second room is little, in fact it’s a hallway trough the bathroom. The mattress of the double bed is not very comfortable. They offered us a decent breakfast and excellent coffee. The place is near the old town and you can park the car in the street for free. Near the building there is a good steak house at good prices and tasty meet (you can choose what you want from a fridge).

Beautiful room, even had a balcony, important for smokers... very well located near the historic part and surrounded by places to eat. They offer a very rich breakfast with homemade pastries. We did not use the spa, but it is something to keep in mind after long walks. Excellent service from Stefanie and her staff.

I would like to point out that the person who welcomed us was very kind, I was a bit enticed by the photos and booked. But as far as our room is concerned I can't say wonderful things. There are many things to improve and fix, such as the SPA. SPA environment heated with hot air systems with air conditioning, oh well ‍♂️, the Jacuzzi tub is beautiful but has a lot of wear, and the glass does not protect privacy in fact all the residents can watch you take a bath. Room, stairwell, (massage room very small), were very cold, towels and bathrobes very very used and some even torn. The jacuzzi in the room is also very worn. I will avoid talking about breakfast because it would be a separate chapter. The price is excessive for the quality of the structure and the service offered, of course I'm not saying that it is a structure not to be tried, but we certainly expected something else.

Ci ritorneremo
