The hotel had on-going work done but despite that the owner arranged for us to have breakfast in a nearby restaurant and we did not suffer from work related noise.
The location is perfect, just on the edge of the historical centre. Parking is in the street.

Easy to find and free on street parking at the back of the hotel. The location is perfect, a very short walk and you are in the historic town centre. Room was a unique design, split level with a spiral staircase. Breakfast was excellent with some extra homemade treats.

Large room, good breakfast on a top floor terrace, very friendly staff, the historic city centre of Lecce is a cross the street. They are building an elevator, with is going to be helpful

This place was managed so well by the team there. Gianluca from the front desk was one of the most helpful and friendly people we’ve met on the trip; so accommodating for our needs and helpful with some bookings. The breakfast spread by the wonderful staff was delicious and SO MUCH FOOD! They accommodated my gluten free partner very easily and were so friendly - always with big smiles. The rooftop was great - but certainly very very hot in summer once the sun was up so get to breakfast at a decent time. The rooms were lovely were perfectly clean, comfortable and well set-up. I had to work from there and the desk was ideal!

Whilst we only stayed for one night, we were extremely pleased with the accommodation and its location close to the main attractions in Lecce.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are bright and spacious especially with the high ceilings that expose the original beams.
Our breakfast order was taken at check in which is something neither of us have experienced before and meant we were spoilt for choice with the option of different flavoured pastries, juice, hot drinks and our choice of eggs!
We were given quite a large platter of pastries and cakes which we worried was slightly wasteful as we simply couldn’t fit everything in but no complaints on the quality.
Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

We had a 4 night stay with great friends and we were upgraded on arrival which is always nice. Location is very close to main attractions just 10 minutes walk and there is free parking in the road behind. Hotel was quiet as out of season but Silvia and her colleagues, and Rex, were very friendly with helpful recommendations - I Latini is a great restaurant - and we had the most amazing breakfasts served to us very day. Always different but lots of local specialities. Silvia explained varying on offer and we tried to do it justice. Rooms comfortable with a bottle of wine on arrival. Lovely to chill on roof top terrace with views of Lecce. Would be very happy to return.

My wife and I spent a couple days at the Palazzo Belsanti during a recent two week vacation i Puglia. Everything about the property and its location was outstanding. We particularly enjoyed getting to know the staff who bent over backwards to accommodate our every need and very much enjoyed our fresh breakfast every morning on the roof top terrace. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!!!!
