Due to the illness of our baby we had to cancel our stay there. And despite our multiple demands, they didn't issue the "no show" mail that our insurance company is asking to refund the loss fee. A cause de la maladie de notre fils, nous avons du annuler notre séjour. Et malgré nos très multiples demandes, ils n'ont toujours pas écrit un mail attestant que nous ne nous sommes pas présentés et l'état du compte que notre compagnie d'assurance nous réclame pour nous rembourser.

Struttura molto bella, situata lel cuore di Lecce ma al contempo fuori dal mondo, non si sentono schiamazzi o voci di strada. Posto molto curato pulito e accogliente, rispettoso del contesto storico. Personale presente e accogliene. Niente di negativo, consiglio a tutti questa struttura.
