Honestly, I didn’t understand the other comments. I contact them before arrival and they told me they will assist in check in. Then: 1. There were no one at check-in. I take the keys from the bar nearby. So, no one help me or answer my questions. I could reach them by message but they didn’t seem so happy to help, I didn’t feel them welcoming or kind. Impersonal and careless. 2. I reported at arrival that the glass door in the shower was broken and was not arranged in 3 days. 3. Terrible loud location. The bar nearby opens until 2AM and it is impossible to sleep because of the noise (music, people, moving tables at 2AM…). 4. Terrible matress, not comfortable at all. 5. No curtains, so you’ll be awaken at 6:30 AM. So you could sleep from 2 AM to 6:30 AM. Amazing! 6. It is said in booking that they store baggage. I ask before arrival at they told me, we will arrange ince there. I needed to ask again the day before departure and they finally said that I could just leave my bag until 13:00 when housekeeping leave. Thanks for nothing! I finally carry by bag all day long on my visit to another city. Thanks! 7. The A/C makes a terrible loud noise. 8. Not even a map in the room. 9. No sensation of full cleanliness, specially on the bed cover. The only reason I didn’t left is that I’ve already paid. When I read this wonderful reviews I didn’t understand the other guest. Really? How did you sleep? I didn’t see anyone during the whole stay and they were unuseful at all. I guess as the room was paid, they didn’t care about me. I even need to ask how to check out. I insist, zero explanations. 3 nightmare nights without sleeping.
