維也納的床和被子都很舒服，可能開店比較久了，浴巾很破舊了，建議更換新的了。馬桶沒有緩降，有點嚇人。前台美女服務態度很好。總體來説還是不錯的！

床頭的閲讀燈不能使用，但燈和開關都有，應該是退出工作了。但衹有一個枱燈，無法兩人同時使用。很舒適的房間，就是這個床頭燈沒得用很不方便！

從退宿的樂昌維也納酒店出發，走省道來到已經預訂的乳源維也納酒店，因為是第一次到乳源，導航線路與停車場的實際區域劃線出現了誤差，因為我將車停到了酒店轄域外的停車網上；乳源維也納酒店前台的工作人員得知情況後，立刻告知了相關停車規定訊息；在返深圳高速服務區休息時，發現了忘記在入住房間的衣裳，匆忙與酒店前台聯繫，結果在第二天上午就收到了酒店寄來的遺失物品；在此，我給乳源維也納酒店前台的美女們點一個大大的贊！

設施老舊，毛巾黑舊，淋浴房漏水，一洗澡，水全往廁所、房間灌，拖鞋都濕了，找前台重新要一雙，居然要核對姓名，態度傲慢，難道怕我要把這質量特差的拖鞋帶着。無語這奇葩的店
