The location of the hotel is good and it is convenient to go anywhere, because I don't have a car, and I don't know the parking side is inconvenient. The shops downstairs are noisy before ten in the evening. Facilities in the room are OK. The service attitude is not bad.

房間門是完全不隔音的哦，外面一點點聲音都可以聽到；我訂了三間房，想每間房多一個枕頭，老闆説要加5元錢，這是第一次遇到每間房加一個枕頭還需要收費的！其他挺好的，市中心周邊很方便

其他方面我還可以接受！但酒店門口電動車響了一晚 本來隔音就不好 窗户關不了的！我10點多鐘就告知保安了！沒處理 到下半夜聯繫前台也沒處理 直到我實在忍受不了 才報警處理！人家警察都説 早點報警有車牌號可以聯繫車主！現三更半夜怎麼搞 就搬遠點 搬到我住窗户樓下！這些應是你們酒店要處理的問題吧！真的很無語 整夜未眠 退房時 前台説經理給點補償 説給個好評 返回10塊錢！這種服務態度和解決方案！真的是可笑至極！晚上受的委屈沒消 早上又受 這經理是充電話送的吧！最基本服務意識 和解決問題的能力都沒有！可笑至極！
