I was very disappointed that I had to move from my room because there was no heat in the room. Also, there was no elevator in the hotel!

This hotel has seen better days but staff was kind and efficient, bed was comfortable, breakfast was simple but adequate. Everything worked in our room.

Decent hotel in a good location. Warning- there is no elevator so if you are upstairs be prepared to haul your stuff! Room was clean. Main issue was getting keys to work, had to go downstairs 4 times to get it resolved.

Clean and recently redone. Lots of hot water. Had a prepaid reservation but was treated as if it didn't exist. Need more accessible sockets for electronics.

It was very good just toward the end I was locked out my room as I was putting things in my car. They said the system does that at a certain time but overall great place to stay.

If we stay in Auburn we stay here due to the hospitality. Air didn’t work up to our standards but kept us cool enough (that’s the ONLY “negative” I have about the place).

The sink leaked, the door was not flush with the door frame, there is no insulation because we heard everything from the room above us, and the shower curtain did not stop the water from getting on the floor. However, the room was clean and the staff was really sweet

We were only there to sleep a few hours after the Auburn Rodeo, but we have no complaints. Room was clean, staff was nice. Hotel was quiet and there was no one sketchy hanging along the parking lot, even late after the concert

Easy access to room! Great breakfast. Friendly staff! Great ice machine. Parking a little tight,but plenty of it.
