Hotel is dated & dirty. Walls have stains & carpet needed vacuumed. Pool is not heated & the lights didn't work in the pool room. Sheets were torn/burn holes.

I was there at the hotel for an Army reunion. The hotel was completely full because of the Beyoncé concert at Arrow Head Stadium and my room could not be switched. The water pressure was ZERO and could not take a shower. Bulbs were not working in the bathroom and the toilet was barley flushing. Worst stay anywhere for me. They took $25 off the bill like that was supposed to suffice. DONT STAY HERE! SOMEONE’S TRUCK WAS BROKEN INTO AND THE FRONT DESK COULD CARE LESS!

The beds were comfy and it was quiet. The room needed a little TLC. The shower was moldy and the water pressure was terrible. However, we did enjoy a good night’s rest.
The staff was friendly. There is an indoor pool. We didn’t use it, but it looked nice and clean.

The staff were horrible and very rude, fridge didn't work air conditioner didn't work well, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and the booked over my reservation and left me without a room that I had already paid for and kept my money. They also contacted their affiliated hotel that I booked at due to their lack of customer service skills and the proper ability to do their job as they should have done properly , and informed them that I was a risk to the property at their hotel and they tried to charge me 20p$ deposit which is against the law but they cared none about that and kept my money as well. I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay at this hotel if u have ever relied on customer service to be handled properly this was the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced EVER!!!!!

Great location just off of the highway. Updates to rooms/property wouldnt hurt. Bed clean and very comfortable, good selection of channels on TV.

Go ahead and give them three stars! Make sure you keep it bug Free and maybe upgrade your breakfast, that will surely get you to 4 stars!
