This location was in a nice area but the cosmetic upgrades they’ve attempted to keep this placed updated were pretty awful. Not to mention it the rooms were some of the dirtiest I’ve seen in awhile.

The stay was comfortable an clean but the elevator boy I'll tell yah, will have you waiting like you in a slow fastfood line that's backed up an the breakfast just stay sleep don't even wake up I bet if the biscuits wasn't smothered in gravy they'd be harder than a used old dirty sponge but other than that the stay was comfortable.

Room was comfortable, but lots of dust ,had to wipe areas with lysol wipes and in bathroom had webs on the doors.

Booked a night to stay halfway home from a trip. There was a used bandaid in the bed that I didn't notice till the morning. The blackout curtain fell down quite literally on my face. They also booked the hotel to what looks like construction workers whose shift doesn't end till 1am, meaning from 1am-3am there was tons of people in the hallways talking and banging stuff around. I had to clean out the gunk that built up in the bath tub jets, and the carpet was generally dirty. I am never staying here again, and in fact this is the worst experience I've ever had at a best western. The 50% refund of the room doesn't begin to make up for the lack of sleep and discomfort I experienced. I would've been better off pulling over on the side of the road and sleeing in my car, in fact it probably would've been quieter and cleaner

The staff was great, even brought my phone that I left at the front desk to me!
Only complaint is the pothole entering the parking lot. Didn’t see it in the dark and it’s kinda harsh if you drive over at the wrong angle.

the staff was very helpful in changing a room when needed because of nosey neighbors. The ordinal room needed to be vacuumed.

We went to the KC area for a wedding. They were close to the wedding venue and reasonable with the price. Room was clean and quiet. It rained while we were there so we did not explore. It's close to the highways but far away enough to be quiet. Willing to stay there again on our next visit to KC.

We were stuck in an ADA room, which we did not book. The room had a weird smell. The hallway light by the bathroom flickered (after turned off) on the last night which kept us awake for quite a while.
