Hampton Inn Birmingham/Leeds

It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. However the elevator was a bit slow.

Parking was well lit, breakfast was exceptionally good, room was very clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t use any of the facilities.

Hotel was conveniently located right off of I20 in Leeds Al. Checked In late Monday evening, staff was very helpful as I was tired. The room was extremely clean. Morning manager was friendly and proud of his staff. Breakfast was fresh and the dining area was spotless. The only complaint that I have is the mattresses on the beds could have been better. ❤️

Very pleasant stay. Impressed with the cleanliness of room and hotel. Typically I get the ickies in a hotel, but not here!

Gotta say the breakfast each morning was just ok. Gray sausage, cold cheese omelettes, running sausage grave and hard biscuits aren’t appetizing. Place was clean and in good shape. Friendly staff. For three days I never had hot water. Warm yes but it never got hot. I met mentioned to the staff a few times and someone looked at my shower and said it’s fixed…… well nope. Still just warm. Overall a good place with needs in a couple of areas to improve.

Clean, well staffed, decent breakfast! Plenty of parking. Super close to the track. Super easy digital check in and digital key on my app was super easy and worked perfectly.

Felt like we were the first people to stay there. It was that clean and nice. Staff was very nice.

Clean rooms. Pleasant staff. No complaints at all. Will continue to stay here when in the area
