The hotel was really great. I asked fan for hot days, and they borrow it. I stayed at far room, and might be annoying to back for some of them. But it was quiet and peaceful for me. Breakfast was not poor.

The services was one of the best experiences however the shower at washroom was not working , there’s no air conditioning in the room, room windows very small and poor ventilation

Cheap and cheerful but quiet, clean and extremely convenient. You get what you pay for in terms of luxury but it's a good place for a night or two in central Leeds.

The room was very clean and basic but for the price it was good but the windows where blurred out.

Convenient for the station and pleasant staff, but that is the only positive. The walls & doors are paper thin and the hallway flooring is unstable enough that when any one walks past your room it sounds like a herd of elephant. Doors are so badly fitted, they let the light from the hallway into the room. But to top it all the glazing in the hotel is so bad, you are kept awake ALL NIGHT but the music from The Head of Steam Club next to the hotel or, all the traffic noise. There is literally no reason for anyone to stay at this ‘hotel’

Hotel is in a good locations for city centre, Station and University!
Room was a reasonable size but very hot, room window only opened a jar -room was on 6th floor, bathroom could do with an update! Staff were friendly and helpful
For £38 for 1 night it was good!

Nice Inn. Everything is satisfied.The location is great. The room is spacious, clean and cosy with a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and warm- hearted.

Was a 5 minute walk from the train station. It was a little weird getting to my room on the 8th floor(had to go up an elevator and through 4 doors till I get to a stairwell where I had to go up a set of stairs, then I was finally at my room) but the room was nice. Just a really sweet simple place to stay for a night or 2 if you’ve got stuff to go to in Leeds.
