What my family enjoyed the most is the pool area with the stunning view of Mayon Volcano.

I chose this accommodation because it was the most prestigious in the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has fantastic views from the pool and gym. The spacious reception with quality wooden furniture stands out, as does the chapel. The breakfast is extremely varied and delicious. However, the room didn't feel as inviting. From inside, you couldn't see Mayon Volcano directly; you had to go out onto the balcony, which had no furniture, and lean quite far to the left. The sheets smelled good, except for the decorative pillow, which smelled really bad. The shower had signs of limescale, and the bathroom in general seemed to be cleaned very superficially. The furniture in the breakfast area should also be changed; the transparent plastic chairs are not aesthetically pleasing. There's an error on Trip.com that states it's a five-star hotel, but it's really not, and it shows. Despite all of this, I would definitely stay here again for the staff and breakfast. Also for the dining options available throughout the day. It's worth noting that this hotel is supposed to be the best in Legazpi.

If you're looking for a volcano view from your room's balcony and aren't too particular about quality, this place is a good choice, though it's already considered the best hotel in the area. Check-in is strictly at 2 PM; no early check-in, but you can store your luggage. Our corner room was quieter and had a better view. The hot water takes a very, very long time to come on. The bedding and mattress weren't very comfortable, and the bed felt quite small. For the price, the cleanliness is just average, comparable to a budget or mid-range guesthouse in China.

The staff were nice and attentive the bathroom was fine its not that really clean but its not very dirty tho. Just a few stain. The view and gym was awesome

The stay was made even more memorable by the excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. We really enjoyed our meals while taking in the stunning view of Mt. Mayon.

We had a wonderful family stay at The Oriental Legazpi. The hotel offers one of the best views of Mayon Volcano, and waking up to such a stunning landscape was truly unforgettable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of delicious food, and the amenities, especially the swimming pool, were excellent for both adults and kids. The location is convenient, with easy access to popular attractions like Cagsawa Ruins, Daraga Church, and Sumlang Lake. It also has ample parking, which was a plus since we traveled by car. Overall, The Oriental Legazpi exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with breathtaking views of Mayon Volcano and excellent service, this hotel is definitely worth booking. We would gladly stay here again.

Sobrang disappointed !! Pagpasok pa lang sa room amoy kulob na. Tapos yung tubig hindi pa maayos. Yung unan amoy hindi natuyong damit. Buti na lang talaga sobrang babait ng mga staff kaya kahit papano nkabawas ng stress.

Nice and value the money

Breakfast was so good but the place is outdated. Block drainage, Fridge broken we reported it replace with another broken fridge we give up! we stayed there for a night hoping if we like the place we can stay more night but I glad I booked only one night. Upon arrival warm beer served we compromised with the ice on it but after 2 ordered it’s out of stock.

The view here is magnificent! But be warned! There are water interruption through our stay! I think they have trouble bec its by the hill
