I would like a refund. I checked in for a total of 30 minutes because the front desk searched me on social media and requested to follow me. I was supposed to have my stay be a getaway to relax and he made me uncomfortable and

Check in was easy and fast. I’ve stayed here many times, and the rooms are usually clean. This time though the USB ports by the bed didn’t work, there were no cups for water or coffee, the toilet was dirty, and the floor around the toilet was disgusting! There was no trashcans in the room anywhere.

I was surprised they did not clean daily. Did not make bed or provide towels. Towels were provided when requested at front desk. Staff said short staffed and do not clean daily.

This is a basic, older hotel with great location to the I15 and with a comfy bed. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Major construction going on in the rooms next to mine.
I asked to be moved and the desk clerk told me it wasn’t possible even though the hotel was nearly empty and rooms were available.

probably the dirtiest room we've ever stayed in. Had we not arrived so late, we would have asked for a refund and tried to find a different property.

The room was large and comfortable. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The maid did not refill the coffee pods either morning but desk staff quickly took care of it. The motel is located next to a freeway, which was very convenient but a bit noisy. If I am in the area again I would stay there.

I thought it was clean overall and the staff were very kind and check-in and check-out was so easy and fast. Great for a couple nights of stay!
