The price for this hotel was great for a family that has never been to Utah the breakfast was not great, but we could pick up some things and cook in the room and that was great. The pull-out bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we ended up at Walmart getting an airbed for our kids it was that bad I wouldn't sleep on it. The one of the big problems we had was that the water in the shower was never fully got hot and with 4 of us in the room, I asked my wife if she was having the same problem and agreed. I went down stair to ask for a manger and this young kid name spencer said he was the manager and that he would work on it. I went back upstairs and told my wife about the guy and told her how I felt like I was bothering him by me complaining. Later that morning I came downstairs to ask if it was fixed and asked to speak to the manager a different guy came out his name was Skyler and let me tell you he was so different from the last guy I told him that I was talking to a different guy he told me that he was just a clerk Not a manager. He went on by telling me that they have been having this problem and are trying to fix the problem. Not a problem I get it. But this spencer guy needs to go if he thinks he is a manager what is he not telling the bosses. He also has his headphones on so how does he hears the phone ring or he is talking to the red head this is while I doing some work on my computer to many distractions in the room with kids running around. Love the tree lady she is wonderful I believe her name was Val what a wonderful person so kindhearted and so sweet to my kids and wife love that made us feel at home. Your front desk Manager Skyler runs his front desk so well and making sure everyone is welcome and happy besides spencer. One thing that he does is sit and on his phone and chat with the red head. Sorry for the long review but I thought it needed to be said and so that the right people can see how these people are running the place. If you stay here, these are the people you want to deal with Front desk Manger Skyler, Val, Char (night Clerk), Monica, there is another young lady she is great but can't remember her name she had dark long hair and most of the time she worked at night when I came to use the gym. Don't Deal with Spencer He doesn't care!

This hotel gave me mixed feelings. I'll lay out the pro's and con's. Pro's: The breakfast was decent. It was nice to have a coke machine at breakfast. But the food options did seem very limited. I appreciated the greek yogurt and fruit option. That was what I ate both mornings of our stay. It was conveniently located off the freeway, close to Cabela's and an outlet mall was nearby. The main guest bed was comfortable. The small kitchenette was well stocked. Cons: The lights in the bathroom are hooked to the lights in the kitchen. This is the strangest thing ever. If you turn off the kitchen master, you turn off the bathroom lights. We didn't know this until our daughter was in the shower and the lights went off on her mid-shower. They REALLY need to fix this. It's an accident waiting to happen. The bathroom door lock was incredibly hard to use and resulted in slamming the door at each use. You'll know what I mean if you go. We practically had to beg for towels. They only gave us three in a four person room, then insisted we bring our own towels down to the lobby to exchange them for clean dry towels. Speaking of towels, they never had any of the hand-towel sized towels available at the pool. We had to beg for those too, every time we went to the pool. We pulled out the sofa bed and it was clearly not changed from the previous guest. Unacceptable anytime, much less during the pandemic. There was popcorn on and under the sheets on the pull out bed. GROSS. Overall, they need to pay more attention to the cleanliness and fix their issues with the rooms. I probably would not stay here again because of those reasons, but it wasn't a terrible stay.

An exemplary awful hotel. Simply AWFUL. Do not spend a minute there. So, step by step: 1. during check-in - there were renovations in the lobby with HAMMER DRILLS working non-stop. OF COURSE you are not informed about it while booking - it's a surprise :) You can't use lobby. In our case: usually kids stay in a room and I go to work to a hotel lobby. This time - nope. No discount is offered for this mess. 2. The first room we were given: - no toiletries at all (they FORGOT to place them) - the fridge was leaking (anything you put inside got wet within 2-3 mins) We asked about it. The receptionist response: ”Maintenance is out of hotel, cant do anything”. We changed room. 3. The 2nd room: - toiletries are there :) Wow! - Fridge is leaking the same way - so you cant store kids food. - TV is not working. Reception. Questions. Same response: ”No maintenance in here right now - cant do anything”. Had to stay in the 2nd room. 4. Ok, let's have some fun in the pool + hot jacuzzi? Sure. - jacuzzi was full but not working. Going to reception. Question. Same answer: ”Nobody to fix, blahblah...” (not her problem) - the door to the pool area is ROTTEN: like, literally physically corroded and not even painted over. Let them guests enjoy :) 5. Ok, the lobby is trash. Pool is trash. Fridge is trash. Let's sleep? Sure! The sink AND (!!!) bathtub happened to be clogged. Water takes around 40 MINUTES to drain. Reception - question - guess what? The same answer :) In the middle of the night something blurped and the TOILET DRAIN SMELL started spreading out of the toilet room. AT NIGHT. Had to patch the door with towels and not use bathroom during the night :))))))))))))))) HILTON quality, guys! Called Hilton customer support line in the night to report all this. The guy was schocked but said: ”Since you are not checked out yet, only the hotel manager can manage the issue. But if he does not talk to you before you check in - call us back, we'll issue a full refund for such an awful experience. It's not hilton quality, and we'll let the management know” Morning. Going to breakfast. Lobby area is all covered with plastic. Manager greets us: ”Have a nice breakfast!” - and we try to. As soon as we sit down... the manager lets the contractor in and ALLOWS HIM TO START HAMMER DRILLING. W..... THE.... F..... ?!!!!!!! I run to the manager and yell: ”Are you out of your freaking mind?! There are like ten guests having breakfast and you REALLY let the workers start hammer drilling 3 FEET from us?! No, really?! We all paid for the hotel to have a rest and breakfast here, and your hotel is falling apart and you dont care” - and he is really surprised as if it was news to him. He asks the workers to stop :) We are having breakfast. Checking out. Calling customer support, explaining what happened yesterday, during the night, and during the breakfast. They contact the manager. And he refuses to acknowledge ANY (!) of the issues except for the lobby works, and offer

Very satisfactory stay experience! ! Quiet, clean, bright, with a lot of space, the free breakfast is rich and hot, and there is a big outlet nearby with the brand north face! ! I left my bag at the hotel when I left the store. After calling the high-speed front desk, the staff handed me the bag as soon as I returned to the hotel. Nothing is missing from the bag. Thank you so much!

My aunt booked 4 rooms for family visiting her from out of town. This hotel is beautiful! The staff are really helpful, kind and cheerful. The manager showed unwavering dedication. Only a couple huge bummers here. 1st, it’s impossible to sleep with the constant flashing light coming from “equipment” mounted on the wall. The 1st night it kept me up all night. It’s horrible! Like a camera flash. I asked the manager if they could turn it off. Come to find out they can’t and I’m in a hearing impaired room (good to know) My aunt and uncle are in 405 and also were kept up by the endless flashing. The highway is VERY loud. Most annoying? Finally falling asleep, waking up feeling bites and I’m itching like mad both nights. I turn on the light tonight and find a trail of bites up my arm. It’s currently 4:40am and I can’t wait for daybreak so I can get out of this place.

So we stayed at this hotel because of the reviews. However, we wish those reviewing would give a real experience. So the hotel lists free wifi in their amenities however, if you attempt to use it you are asked to sign up and pay 4.99. If you chose not to you cannot open anything because the connection is so slow everything just times out. So I called the front desk because I had homework that I needed to do and she helped me out. The gym was nice and convenient. I missed the part in the hotel description of the restaurant but it was ok we tried it for dinner and what we ate was good and the prices were similar to what the restaurants are charging. The waiter and chief were great. The room was a nice size it was clean and work perfectly for our stay. The only thing we didn't like was how hard and uncomfortable the beds were. It was like sleeping on a padded wood plank.
