Location is great, next to supermarket and restaurant and bus stop. Carpark is limited to only 3 spaces. The room itself is normal, weak wifi in room , nothing fancy. But what I can’t stand is the strong stench in the kitchen. It’s poorly ventilated and all our clothes smell after entering. Wouldn’t recommend to book this place for the kitchen. Washing machine cost 2 pounds per use.

Very clean throughout, with a good range of facilities in room, and shared spaces. Lovely power shower, comfortable bed and located in a nice area, close to a shop for any extras you need. Friendly receptionist, showed me where everything was and told me how to get any help if I needed it, ideal for a solo traveller.

Reasonable property with a very friendly and supportive host. Photos gave the impression that it was self-contained serviced accommodation, though the description does point out that kitchen and dining room facilities are shared with the whole block. The room itself was a little basic, direct comparable to Travelodge. The bed was the biggest failing, saggy towards the middle.
Decent as a budget accommodation, and ideal for contractors/tradies working in the area and wanting cooking facilities as well as a room. Not quite a home from home, but definitely a step up from a room-only hotel.

The room was hygienically clean but there were scuff marks on the walls. The room had no windows, just a very small skylight. Neither of these was a problem to me as I just needed somewhere to spend the night. Premier Inn, which can be cheaper, wouldn't get away with it. The bathroom was impressively smart.

This room is incredibly basic to say the least... there was no soap in the dispenser, the walls were peeling in the bathroom and there were only two cups, one saucer and one spoon - no coffees or teas as shown in the photos. The fan in the bathroom stopped and started every 5 seconds.
Very disappointing. I did not stay and found another hotel in close proximity.
The Manager called me to offer a refund if I was going to leave. I left and still have not received anything.
I do not how this hotel has received the high rating that it has. It should be a lot less.

Lovely clean room. Hotel quiet and staff were super frienndly. Kitchen and seating area is an excellent idea. Co-op next door was handy. Will stay here again and will look out for others.

Just too hot to stay at. No AC and couldn’t open the window. Checked out and went to a different hotel.
