Positiv überrascht! Lage top, Whg sauber, angenehm, hell, gut ausgestattet. Whg ging über 2 Etagen. Unten ein WC, Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile. Oben wieder ein WC, das Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Noch eine Treppe höher ging es zur Dachterrasse, dort war es auch gut. Es gab da oben zu dieser Whg gehörend 1 Holztisch und 4 Stühle. + sauber, hell, übersichtlich, freundlich + 2 WC + gute Ausstattung der Küchenzeile! + Ventilator, der aber etwas dcheach war + richtig toll ist auch, dass es Bügeleisen, kleinen Wäscheständer und sogar Waschmaschine gibt!! + Dachterrasse zum Sitzen bei lauer Sommernacht ist toll ++ Lage großartig! + sehr nahe vom Bahnhof, aber + trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof sehr angenehme, saubere Wohnlage in einem schönen, gut sanierten Innenhof, sogar Polizei gleich dabei;-) + Pizzeria und andere Restaurants gleich vor der Tür + Eisdiele gleich vor der Tür + Bäckerei mit schöner Möglichkeit zum Frühstücken gleich vor der Tür + Penny keine 50m weg, sehr praktisch + Innenstadt sofort erreichbar, quasi mittendrin + Nikolaikirche keine 3 Minuten entfernt + Preisleistung gut! Hoffentlich bleibt das so! - die Bettbezüge waren aus Stoff ähnlich wie Flanell, das war bei der Hitze nicht angenehm - Kopfkissen waren nicht angenehm von der Form und Füllung her - Betten etwas weich/durchgelegen - - der Bewegungsmelder war so eingestellt, dass sofort das helle Flurlicht anging, wenn man nachts mal zur Toilette wollte; dadurch wurden alle geweckt - der Discounter wurde morgens um 6 Uhr sehr laut beliefert und Leergut abgeholt, dauerte lange
