前台服務超級差，先是到了一個房間，無線網沒有不説，就連自己手機在裏面都沒有信號，後來換了一個房間，床單也很臟，前面的人吃了粉，房間味道非常重，可以忍，因為這是不能避免的，我也沒説什麼，結果床單上面還都是油脂，我就i懷疑他們沒換床單，就説要她們給我換一個房間，因為身體很不舒服，所以才到酒店休息，也根前台説明瞭，説我不舒服，換了幾個房間了我也不想跑樓梯跑上跑下，不舒服好累，麻煩她讓阿姨幫忙拿下房卡開門，就遭到前台兇啦吧唧的，，停車根本沒地方停，我們都是停好遠，要麼就是它讓我們遮擋車牌違停，這些我都可以忍，最忍受不了的就是前台的服務態度很差，非常差。動不動就很兇。一開始我們都是好好的説，結果前台態度很兇很差。後面就還吵起來了。
