房間設施簡陋
衞生：還算乾淨，就是房間有臭的味道，枕頭有味我們用了自己的枕頭，房間靠近電梯，晚上有不自覺的客人在樓道大聲打電話，還有人多次從門縫塞進來小卡片，我一晚上都沒睡好，這次是我最差的一次住宿體驗！前台接待服務還是不錯的比較滿意！

地段還行，出行吃飯都比較便利，有空調，但是我住的那間床頭插座壞的，窗户沒有紗窗，不開不透氣，開了怕蚊子，房間也小。管理不行，小卡片塞了一大堆，單身女性慎住。

性價比低，標識有免費停車場，實際讓人停到廣場掏錢給停車費，替別人訂的搞的很尷尬。侄女不來了，真不推薦～

太差勁了，比7-80的賓館還要差，馬桶等設施破舊也不換，門口特意弄個有人入住的燈牌，有人光明正大直接塞卡片進來。最差就是隔音，0點了樓上腳步聲大，清早樓下的喇叭響個不停。這裏酒店基本都是差評，到雷州建議不要住宿，直接走人。
