Best Hotels in Lembang

Poor facility. Please improve again.

It is my second time to stay at Sandlewood. Compared with my last visit, the backyard becomes the building now. The thing not changed is I can still find the old fashioned cars parked there and the backyard gate is still there. The lobby is still maintained well with European decoration. ”Feels like home” becomes the slogan in Sandlewood now. The designated mug in each room is available now and staffs are friendly and professionally to serve you all the time still. You can really relax yourself with friends or families here on weekends or holidays in Lembang. The only thing is since the rooms are not many, booking earlier is highly recommended. Come here and have fun. Enjoy.

We're so satisfied with the hotel and the staff service .never regret to choose this hotel to stay for our holiday .the staff was very kind and friendly to us. The hotel is so clean. A The ambience of this hotel made me feel like that we're so far away from the city. The hotel provide a nice pool in the middle of the building. The one thing that make us so happy is the design of the room and also the hotel look is very beautiful and traditional .we love it so much.one advice from us. As the design of the hot is very traditional ,and the traditional feel will be more better is the hotel can provide at least a speaker with the traditional music along the corridor atleast. So far . This hotel is the best. I will come back for sure.

This is my experience of staying at Lembang Asri for the 5th time 😁 Its calming natural vibes always invite you to come back. The large garden, playground and pool are a bit warm for children, quite a favorite. The less pleasant thing is the restaurant section. Please, every time you come here the Breakfast Menu is always the SAME. true, both are the same. I've memorized it. The variety and taste are very lacking. Plus the attitude of the restaurant employees is less friendly. Lack of smiles, and seem excessive in supervising guests who eat. Wow sis, we have paid an additional charge for children which is not cheap, 75K per child with a very simple menu. Maybe we can do more training for Hospitality, and the Chef can make menu variations, so that guests don't get bored. For the Front Office, Security, Helper, everything is okay and friendly.

Vacationing with family (4 people) is really suitable with 4 or even 5 mattresses in the room. I shouldn't have had breakfast but instead every morning I was given a breakfast of fried rice for 2 people. The location is very strategic in the middle of the city, just walk to the floating market, and the main square is also close. To Great Asia Africa, Farm House, Mini Mania, just take public transportation. Overall OK and satisfied.

Location is great just in the heart of Lembang and easy to locate with google maps. Not in main street so the hustle and bustle of traffic will not disturb you. The property is like a big modern house. Looks new and properly maintained. Car and motor parkings are available for free. They even give 15 mins free use of motorcycle. We are a family of 7 so we rented a deluxe triplet and a deluxe with extra bed requested when checked in. Both rooms are on 2nd floor, really nice, exactly as their photos. Clean, comfortable, big enough. Our rooms don't have AC but Lembang is cold enough, no need AC. Cable tv has most international channels we need. They don't provide breakfast but instant cereals, instant noodles and bottled water are provided for free. On 1st floor you can use their pantry. The deluxe room's bathroom is very small but the deluxe triplet's have bigger and nicer bathroom. Hot water works just perfect. Just a small detail but quite important - no clothes hanger in bathroom, made us difficult to change after shower. I personally don't like the furry blanket as it made me itchy. Last but not least, the staff are polite and helpful. We really enjoy our stay and will definitely come back!

Recently booked thi whole villa for the team with 40 persons in it. Located inside ex. Kampung Gajah theme park, which permanently closed. The view in the surrounding was great and also have clean air. The room very spacious and family-friendly with 2 single bed so can be up to 4 grown men. The price was affordable so do not expect much, as they do not serve breakfast here.

local hotel in lembang area, the quality of room are of what expected for its cheap price, which is reasonable. the double bed became three single beds combined. location is good for the nearby crater and tea fields. staff were friendly and were kind to help. is an okay choice for a night’s short stay in lembang!

Not a real camping but you can stay at your tents and enjoy the atmosphere of mountainside nature here. The interior layout and decoration are pretty amazing. Biking, jogging, flying fox or motorbike cruising are available here. Kids can have fun in the playing ground while parents are enjoying the sightseeing around the resort. It is worthy to have your own BBQ here by having various BBQ packages next to your tents. The chicken meat is really fresh and yummy. My kids love it so much. You can also find lots of cuisine by Gofood nearby as well. The staffs here are really friendly to serve you all the time. The resort is a good place for families to enjoy and relax themselves during holidays or weekends. The only thing is no complimentary breakfast here, so extra payment is needed or try to have Gofood instead. It is not easy to get the room here since it is pop on weekends or holidays. Try to book it earlier or stay on weekdays. Come and enjoy yourself here. Have fun.
