Good things about this hotel is new and clean. It faces a busy street but rooms are quiet due to it is away from busy street. Aldi supermarket and Dunklin across the street. The bad was the check in lady named Dawn. She sat at lobby (not check in counter) and checked her phone all the time. She did not say hi, welcome or honor my gold member status. She had attitude and not welcome manner during whole check in. When I asked her about breakfast time, she rolled her eyes. I went down later because she forgot to give me gold member welcome pack. She did not say sorry and just said here you are. This is one of the worst customer service I have had with Hilton. The room is clean but the bed and pillow are uncomfortable. We got up several times during the night. The wall is so thin that I could hear the room next door clearly. I heard talking, TV sounds and coughing whole night long. The breakfast is ok but other Hampton I had stayed were better.

Great basic motel, great breakfast, good location with wal-mart, plenty of restaurants and other businesses nearby. But the price seems to depend on whos at the desk at the time, a particular woman has checked me in twice, when she is there the price jumps by about 40 dollars. I ask for the same type room, same discount, always on weekdays. I will be trying again. I plan to try to reserve a room again and if she, (or whomever) does not get it down to the discounted price that I usually pay, I will drive on down the road, red roof inn is 30 dollars cheaper but not near as good, Hampton inn is the same price and a bit nicer.
