From the first glimpse of the Chetzeron as we walked down the slopes till we waved goodbye we had the most incredible stay at 2112m! While the location and views from every oversized window speak for themselves, the architecture and design of the hotel are truly stunning with every subtle detail carefully considered and expertly executed. Rarely do hotels live up to Instagram and website imagery or do beautiful design hotels have facilities, comfort and truly impeccable service to match their aesthetics – Chetzeron certainly does. The front of house team are the epitome of Swiss efficiency offering the utmost helpful and friendly customer experience. Sami, the most affable owner you are ever likely to meet, takes pleasure in casually chatting with guests when not supporting his staff and is always keen to share anecdotes on how his vision was realised transforming a gondola station into this amazing hotel. I read a quote somewhere that Sami welcomes people not as guests but as friends, well he must be proud that this philosophy is truly reflected by all the staff as we certainly left as friends and can’t wait for a return visit sometime soon. Our stay had so many highlights, everything exceeded our expectations and even as non-skiers the location and travel to and from the idyllic setting was far from an inconvenience but and added adventure and a feature that few locations can offer. Don’t hesitate in making your own fantastic memories 2112m above sea level.

This place is just so unique. You have to take a snow cat to get up there? It is up on the hill at 2,112m in an old renovated gondola station. The views of the valley and mountains are just stunning. The build, the architecture, the furnishings are all top notch. The service, people and food were great. You are isolated from town, but I thought that was a good thing. We took the snow cat shuttle down/back one night to explore and eat, and that was fun. The key point is being up on the hill when the lifts open. You sort of have the place to yourself when you ski right out the front door. We loved our stay and will be back, probably in the summer to try that as well!

Almost everything is great. Hotel’s exterior, interior design, rooms, view, breakfast, meals. Pillows are very uncomfortable , made it difficult to sleep. We forgot to ask but may be they can offer softer ones. Staff is friendly and welcoming except one.

The surroundings are spectacular, the hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and excellent! The meals and service were also excellent. Challenging to get to hotel when traveling from abroad.

Fantastic locale and great service. Meals wonderful. Quiet this time of year, beautiful scenery, wildflowers at their height. Minor issues: Potholes in drive from gondola to hotel awful, need to be filled. Coffee in room would be a significant plus.

The staff were very helpful, facilities were very nice, view of course, amazing! Buy your lift tickets at the desk, not at the lift (we lost $70). Breakfast is nice, pool good. How many more words gets to 200 characters?

Amazing place and structure. We were on site for 2 days meeting. We enjoyed a highly qualitative food and exceptionally nice team. I was elated by the view and the architecture. The meeting room where we had our meetings was very well equipped, it was however hard to have day long meeting with more than 24 degrees due to the sun and no way to open the windows or have air conditioning. The service was very friendly and even if not perfect the kindness of the staff was covering.
