I am deeply disappointed by this hotel's lack of professionalism. I contacted them prior to my stay to request a date change(struggling with a severe depressive episode and panic attacks). They refused to be flexible and then didn’t approve my cancellation request. Their lack of communication and rigid policy resulted in me losing €110, which has only worsened my health and stress levels. Prospective guests should also be aware that: • Parking: The hotel does not have its own parking. You must use a private garage in the city center. • EV Charging: There are no chargers for electric cars available. I expected much better service and basic human empathy.

Great location easy to walk around. Good breakfast section with cava. Service of staff polite. Parking right next to hotel with discount. Air conditioning adequate for the month of june. Only downside, some noise at night from the plaza (guess young people partying and talking)

Great location, quiet room, and very convenient parking! I really enjoyed my stay at NH Hotel in León. At first, I was a bit disappointed to get a room with a city view instead of the main square. But it turned out to be a good thing — the square is full of bars and restaurants, so it gets very loud until late at night. Also, the square was under construction, so I was actually happy to avoid the noise and mess. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. There were a few hairs in the shower, but overall, everything felt tidy. I loved the small details — like the nice selection of teas (4 different flavors!). The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the city center, which makes it easy to explore León on foot. A big bonus was the secure parking right inside the hotel — very convenient if you're traveling by car. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location, right on the main square, within walking distance of the train station, not far from Leon Cathedral, and surrounded by supermarkets. The hotel is a 4-star hotel, with facilities and services of star-rated hotel standards, and free fruit at the front desk. It is recommended to stay.

It was located in Plaza Mayor, so the view was good, it was clean, and it was easy to get to anywhere.

Nice room, great location

第二次在歐洲住NH連鎖酒店，兩次都很滿意。酒店位置優越，就在老城中心，距離所有景點都很近。房間寬敞舒適，設施很新，乾淨衞生。服務人員熱情周到，態度友好。早餐品種豐富，食材新鮮，美味可口。特別是甜品、小食做得十分精緻可口。

Un hôtel magnifique , qualité au top , personnel extra et direct sur la Plaza Mayor , parking en dessous de l’hôtel . La chambre super spacieuse et très propre . Le petit déjeuné est extra !

週五晚上入住的，週六醒來發現正酒店門口，樓下的廣場有周末集市，也算一個驚喜。

마요르 광장 한가운데 있어서 위치는 정말 최고입니다. 발코니 있는 방에서 보는 풍경은 정말 좋습니다. 내부 시설도 불편함없이 모든 것이 준비되어 있었습니다. 다만 청소가 살짝 아쉬웠습니다.

The room was very comfortable, with a fantastic view from the window, directly facing the local town hall, and two balconies. During my stay, there was a Saturday market in the square, which I visited after breakfast – it was quite interesting and a good way to experience local life. The hotel's location is excellent; all the attractions are within walking distance. MUSC and San Isidoro are a bit further, but a taxi ride there and a half-hour walk back was possible, though I walked in the shade as the September sun was still quite strong. The hotel thoughtfully provided small gifts. The breakfast was plentiful, providing enough energy for the day. On my departure day, I took a taxi called by the hotel to Astorga; the driver was very nice, and the car was in good condition. Overall, Leon's two and a half days and three nights of immersive experience in the old city were wonderful.
