Wonderful stay. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was homemade and amazing! The owner Donna was very welcoming. we will be back!

Amazing get away. When we got there the cabin we were supposed to stay in had a leak in the toilet so the owner said while she was getting it fixed she would upgrade us to the nicest cabin.Nice people

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay in the Presidential Suite at The Justin Trails Resort. It was a wonderous, Magic experience. Justin Trails is a destination unto itself. Sitting on over 200 acres, Justin Trails has numerous hiking trails, cross-country and snow showing trails, 36-holes of Disc golf , Lamas... I could go on and on. We often use a Bed & Breakfast as a home-base for our explorations of a county. But with its collections of cottages, rooms, and activities, we could have easily used this as a retreat unto itself. Donna and Don are the proprietors, but it is a family affair. Donna was enjoying a Vacation in Florida, but Don and his daughter did a great job of making us feel welcome. His daughter Dawn showed us around the place after breakfast on Saturday, it is so obvious that she is an important part of the soul of the place. The barn, where numerous weddings are held each summer, is a special - dare I say spiritual place. We called our eldest (not married) daughter and told her of this place. It is that special. Our room itself was upstairs at the main house. The roomy king sized bed was very comfortable, and the gas fireplace and the large two person jacuzzi were welcomed escapes during the well-below-zero nights in February. The room has a coffee maker, Microwave and mini refrigerator for any snack needs. Very comfortable. The morning breakfast is country style - granola with yogurt, scrambled eggs made dangerous by Don:-), thick bacon and good coffee- stick to your ribs stuff. Very good. Give yourself to a weekend at Justin Trails - you will leave well rested, interspective and very possibly... Inspired. Strongly Recommended.

Justin Trails Resort is located among the woods and rolling hills of idyllic SE Wisconsin. The property is beautiful, and owner Donna and her staff are extremely friendly. Donna is an outstanding chef; breakfasts are homemade and delicious. Justin Trails is also ideally located for people wanting to visit Necedah Wildlife Refuge who'd rather stay in a quiet, scenic area rather than in a chain hotel. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings, listening to birds and watching the sunset. You will definitely find peace here.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at Justin Trails in mid August ) in one of several luxurious individual cottage which are all elegant and different ( we got a tour) . We had an adjustable comfortable king bed , whirlpool tub, kitchenette, full bath and an additional double bunk bed which would have been perfect for children. There are lots of outside sitting areas , hiking and well mowed areas for hiking which we saw and did) and disc golfing . The daily buffet breakfasts prepared by the owner/ manager Donna from local foods were delicious feasts and in the evenings we sat around nice fire pits. We grilled dinners in the evening twice cooking on the available grills The surrounding area has lots of opportunities for sightseeing and trail biking . Our traveling friends stayed in their RV on the property and had a very comfortable time with the available power and adjunct facilities . We got a unique tour of the large property, learning a lot about their land conservation projects riding on a converted large golf cart. We saw a large game room in their beautiful wedding venue barn, obviously kid friendly. Will definitely come back and have already recommended this place to several more of our friends.

We were looking for a one night stay as we traveled through Wisconsin on our way to a final destination in Northern MInnesota. We love staying at places off the beaten path. We couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations at Justin Trails Resort. Our cottage was adorable, beautifully appointed and in the most bucolic, charming setting. The grounds are filled with gorgeous perennials. We had a lovely breakfast of eggs, muffins, French toast, bacon and coffee, served on a farm table with open rafters above! It couldn't have been more charming! The owners, Don and Donna were kind and welcoming and even arranged a player piano rendition of "Happy Birthday" for me when they learned I was turning 56 the day we departed. We highly recommend this lovely Bed and Breakfast!

Donna Justin, owner of Justin Trails Resort, is everyone's dream mom! Her demeanor was similar to a caring, nurturing, wants whatever would make her children (guests) happy, just like a good mom. Donna's breakfast included an assortment of pastries, farm fresh eggs prepared every which way you can imagine, ham, bacon, sausage, sautéed vegetables, fruits, fresh squeezed juice, and the muffins, oh my gosh, the best! And that's just the food. Donna was very hospitable. She created a welcoming and accommodating environment, making us feel comfortable and valued. Justin Trails is a beautiful resort set among old growth trees & greenery as far as the eye can see. We wish we could have stayed longer. There is so much to see & do in the area. I'm sure we will be back. If you're anywhere close to Sparta, Wisconsin, stop by Donna's resort. Oh, & give her pet llamas a hug for us.

My wife and I stayed there for our second honeymoon the last week of April and we will DEFINITELY be back again in the Fall. Donna was so nice and knowledgeable, and a great cook too. Brad was just as nice and knowledgeable too. We enjoyed their company and the recommendations for places to go see we breath taking. Grandad Bluff, the drive through the hills, was great. We're planning to go again in the fall to see all the colors. Thank you Donna & Brad.

Justin Trails is such a special place. My sister and I have been going for many years with our two dogs for a weekend getaway. Donna is a wonderful host and her breakfast is amazing. The miles of trails are beautiful and well maintained. Check in and out is super simple and we can’t wait to return!
