Bel Air Tremblant Hotel - Dômes & Chalets

Very dissapointed in the experience i had at bel air tremblant... I booked the glass dome and for the price i paid (650$/night) I was expecting a lot more... The attention to details is simply not there. Upon arrival the key box was wide open and the keys left in the door, when entering the dome I noticed opened drawers and cabinets door on the Kitchenet, open cabinets door in the bathroom where they hide all the wires and router, a shower that doesn't drain and leaks heavily inside the room (had to turn the water on and off quickly to simply rinse myself and not flood the room) a 10 feet long ***** of fabric with velcro that runs arround the dome left in the middle of the dome, no bucket or anything the wet the stones of the sauna... at the very least the view was nice and i guess the hot tub was working I told the front desk about everything and i was supposed to be contacted by management in 24 to 48 hrs, that's a week ago and haven't heard from them. The bistro was also a fiasco. We were a group of 6, and there was also a table of 2 who came 10 mins after us, they had their food in 30 mins, we had ours in 1h10mins, no coffee refill, nobody in sight, wrong orders, a steak that went from rare to well cooked from one end to the other... Overall would i recommend ? Absolutely not and i think this is very unfortunate. I never write bad reviews but this one deserved it. The staff was also very cold overall (front desk, bistro, and Ekki sushi) On the good side, the food at restaurant Ekki sushi was very good.

So where to start to be honest Carl is fantastic was so helpful . This was such a magical moment to be honest I won't ever forget this place or this night ,I've been wanting to do this for the past 5 years I shouldn't of waited !!!! Our family of five had an amazing stay at Bel Air Tremblant! The triple dome was beautiful, comfortable, and such a unique experience for the kids! They also had a fantastic time in the pool, and we appreciated how family-friendly the entire resort felt. The friendly pooches Belle and Riba stole our hearts)) The staff throughout the resort were welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast menu was delicious as well. The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect place to relax while still having plenty to do. Will definitely come back!

The pod unit is great for privacy with an open for plan that has a kitchenette, soaking tub and glass two person shower stall. We watched deer and firefly's from the hot tub and sauna. So much better than a hotel. Chef Mike is awesome and everyone is friendly. We had couples massages that were excellent. It's close to the resort and many great cafe's and restaurants in the area, everything is 15 to 20 minutes away.

A beautiful experience. The reception staff were very polite and helpful and ensured we have a good time.

We stayed in the Deluxe Dome for my 35th birthday, and I couldn’t have hoped for a more special experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team from reception to the spa, restaurant, and housekeeping, made us feel genuinely cared for. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel like part of the family. The team added such thoughtful touches to celebrate my birthday. I truly felt celebrated, and surrounded by kindness in a magical setting close to nature. The dome itself was stunning, beautifully designed, and perfectly set up for relaxation. Loved every moment of our stay and already miss it. Can’t wait to come back!

We chose this hotel because we were friends and needed two rooms. I was looking for a hotel with a good view and a hot tub, and it was located close to Tremblant Village. So, one of the models at this resort was perfect for us. I don't know where all the negative reviews about cleanliness and comfort came from. The hotel is very clean and the quality is high. We had an unfortunate situation due to a delay with previous guests, and the room wasn't ready. But we must give credit to the hotel manager, who took responsibility and competently corrected the issue, without leaving his guests disappointed. The room was stylish, and the private hot tub, surrounded by beautiful nature, made the evening wonderful. The excellent coffee made breakfast on the deck, al fresco, enchanting. I've already recommended this hotel to many friends and family, and on my next trip to Mount Tremblant, I won't even think about which hotel to stay at. My only suggestion would be to put up signs indicating the office location, as the GPS took us to a different location, where the cottages were, but not the office, and we didn't know where to check-in. I'd like to thank the resort staff for our vacation.

We stayed there over the weekend of October 3-5 2025. Are experience overall was poor. We arrived at 2030 and immediately noticed our 4 pillows and duvet were dirty. I called around 2120 to get replacements. We were told the front desk was closed. We called back in the morning and waited for 2 hours with no update. I called again and this received the replacement duvet and pillows. The unit is off the street so there is no privacy when using the Jacuzzi or hot tub. There are 2 main restaurant in this location (Sushi and Bistro) but they are almost always booked and full so you are better off going to St-Jovite for a good place to eat (consider C'est la vie french restaurant). My wife and I will skip Tremblant Resort next time.

The accommodations were great until we discovered a RAT or something other kind of rodent inside the dome rental. Besides finding rodent feces, we heard the little creature scratching at something throughout the night, which disturbed our sleep. I tried reaching out to Bel Air Tremblant, but no one has responded to the email I sent three weeks ago. I wasn't going to post a review, but I thought customers should be aware. Other than that, the staff were very lovely, and the location was breathtaking.
