The price was good, the room was clean, and the heating worked well. It's close to the shopping district, so it was super convenient for getting around.

**Facilities**: The toilet space was incredibly cramped; you could barely sit down comfortably, and there was no room to lean forward. The shower area was also quite small, with just enough space for one person to stand. **Cleanliness**: Acceptable. **Location**: It's genuinely the closest place to the river. **Service**: Staff were very responsive.

Words can barely describe how disappointing it was. The toilet reeked of urine, and the bathroom was filthy. The AC unit was constantly dripping water and was very noisy. The curtains offered no blackout, and the soundproofing was terrible. To make matters worse, there's no elevator, which is extremely inconvenient for elderly guests, children, and anyone with luggage. The only saving grace was the friendly and enthusiastic service from the young lady at the front desk. Without her, there would have been absolutely nothing positive about our stay.

The room has a small balcony, handy for luggage storage, and laundry facilities are available. It was spotless, with well-kept plants adding to the ambiance. We enjoyed how quiet it was, both day and night, despite being surrounded by plenty of dining options. As an added bonus, you can head up to the third floor for lovely river views. Overall, a very comfortable experience.
