Days Hotel by Wyndham Leshan Downtown

The hotel's location is good, not far from Jiaxing Road Food Street, about 1.4km away, and within walking distance. The room facilities are complete, with a refrigerator, and a wet/dry separated bathroom. The washing machine and dryer are very convenient. There's also free underground parking. The bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is decent, with all the essentials. The only thing that made my experience unpleasant was the front desk staff's attitude during check-in – expressionless and stiff. We checked in around 3:50 PM on the 3rd. When booking through Trip.com, there was a free upgrade option. Initially, we were told the upgraded room wasn't ready and would take a 'very long time' (their exact words). This 'very long time' made me quite uncomfortable, especially since it was almost 4 PM, a time that hotel staff should be well aware of for check-ins! Not wanting to miss out on the upgrade, I insisted they check again, and turns out there was a room available! The next day, the young man at the front desk during check-out had a completely different attitude – warm and polite, even giving us a small gift. The contrast was undeniable!

The hotel was pretty good overall – the location, facilities, cleanliness, and staff's service all deserved full marks. My only complaint is that the afternoon tea promised in the booking wasn't delivered; when I asked, they said it had been replaced with welcome fruit, which felt a bit like a brush-off.

This newly opened hotel truly lives up to its hype! The environment is a big plus – everything is spotlessly clean and tidy. There are no strange odors, neither in the hallways nor in the rooms. The natural light and ventilation are excellent, which really boosts your mood. The decor is simple and comfortable, not overly fancy or oppressive, creating a very peaceful atmosphere. My quality of rest was exceptional. It's quiet around the hotel too, so you feel completely relaxed in your room. The pavilion outside on the first floor is also a great spot for photos. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or just looking to unwind – the ambiance is incredible, and you'll get some fantastic pictures! Highly recommend staying here!

Dining, shopping, and getting around are all just a short walk away, so you don't have to go far. Transportation is also a breeze, whether you're taking a taxi or public transport. There are plenty of good eats nearby, and the area feels very authentic. It's safe and quiet at night too. It's perfect for both business trips and sightseeing, as you don't waste time commuting. I have to commend the service here! From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the staff were incredibly attentive. They were all very friendly and patient, always serving us with a smile, and quick to respond to any questions. Both check-in and check-out were efficient, with no long waits, and the attention to detail was impressive, making you feel truly valued. It wasn't overly enthusiastic, but everything felt comfortable and never awkward. The entire experience was smooth and warm; you truly feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!

The hotel is new, well-equipped, and conveniently located, with attentive service. It even has its own courtyard. They upgraded our room for free, which was very comfortable. The price is great, making it the perfect choice for accommodation in Leshan.
