前台小姐姐服務態度很好，按照我們的需求給我麼多協調房間，非常有耐心。周邊算是住宅區，挺熱鬧的，離天街，樂山博物館，嘉定坊都不遠。天街吃飯吃個環境，沿着江邊走走，人少，很舒適。酒店簡約型，不過該有的都有了，早餐自助形式，煎蛋，米線都是自己動手，我個人對早餐不挑剔，覺得還行。就是發現外賣可以送上樓（樓層需刷卡進），這點不太好。

週末帶孩子去樂山看大佛，酒店遠超期待值，乾淨整潔，非常棒！入住的時候前台小姐姐看我們帶了小孩，很貼心的給了小童牙刷和拖鞋，還送了歡迎小零食。前台小哥還很貼心的提醒我們房間臨街如果晚上吵的話把窗關上會好很多（其實完全不吵）。睡覺的時候兒子覺得被子很厚，給前台打電話，一會就送上來薄被子。總之，下次來樂山還會選擇這家酒店，非常好的入住體驗

設施：舊，非常陳舊；
衞生：非常糟糕，各種灰塵，毛髮隨處可見，地面垃圾也沒清掃；
環境：電梯關門速度極快，差點夾到我的小孩，隔音極差，躺床上甚至能聽到隔壁清晰的聊天的聲音；
服務：等於沒有，高價低服務，260多的價格嚴重溢價，根本不值，對錦江旗下酒店失望至極！

酒店位置不錯，步行到張公橋美食街1.3公里，停車方便，房間寬敞，雖然沿路但還比較安靜。前台及樓層服務人員都挺友好，總體還不錯，如果衞生搞得更仔細一點就好了。
