Overall, it was a good stay. The mineral water in the public area was self-serve and unlimited, which was great. You can only park your car in the parking lot, but the hotel offers a shuttle service via golf cart. I hope they add a blackout curtain to the bathroom window, as the light is quite strong after sunrise if you're trying to rest.

This hotel has a great atmosphere and is right next to the Grand Buddha. I highly recommend it!

The hotel environment is very peaceful and excellent. The room is clean, tidy, and spacious. This time, I brought two dogs, and the hotel is very pet-friendly. Next time I come to Leshan, this will be my top choice.

Let's start with the lighting: The overhead lights can't be turned off individually; it's an all-or-nothing situation. The bedside pendant lights are purely decorative, with no switch, just gathering dust. The bathroom light switches are useless, no matter how hard you press them. Next, the air conditioning: As shown in picture one, the AC blows directly onto the head of the bed. If you turn it on, you're guaranteed to wake up with a stiff neck and crooked mouth the next day. The person who designed this must be a genius. Overall, the decor feels old, damp, oppressive, and cramped! There were stink bugs on the curtains, bigger than chestnuts! The only positive was the staff member who came to help with the issues, who was quite good. Breakfast doesn't start until 8 AM. Conclusion: This is the worst hotel I've stayed in for years, completely not worth the money. Over 700 for one night – they really have the nerve to charge that much. Strongly dissatisfied!

This was my first time staying here. The breakfast's tofu pudding is a specialty, freshly made by the chef, and the Muchuan Slaw was a unique and delightful first-time experience. However, I did encounter a few issues: 1. After checking in, I was about to rest when someone suddenly came to deliver fruit. For OTA guests, the fruit should be placed in the room beforehand. 2. The room was courtyard-style, but the personalized butler service didn't quite keep up. Though, the housekeeping staff who helped me open the door was very enthusiastic. 3. I mentioned it was my first visit and asked if I could get an upgrade to a room with a balcony. I was told over the phone that there were no rooms available, but I suspect there were still rooms, and the hotel wasn't fully booked. 4. The most frustrating and awkward issue was the bed frame design – it's a major problem. I couldn't get a good night's sleep. I carefully checked the cause of the problem; the sturdy quality of the KingKoil mattress couldn't be wrong, so it must be the bed frame! Despite these points, in the spirit of encouragement and improvement, I'm still giving it a 5-star rating.

The hotel has a buggy to pick us up from the car park, which was a nice touch. The room was great, and the hotel environment was lovely too. After a light rain, the air was wonderfully refreshing. I thought there might be mosquitoes by the water, but surprisingly, there weren't any at all. All in all, a pretty good experience.

Zen Inn is a place for peace and spiritual well-being, with a very zen-like ambiance. The air conditioning wasn't quite cold enough, but the hotel tried its best to meet all our other needs, offering excellent service and many different activities to participate in. It was our first stop, truly setting the tone for a relaxing and mindful vacation. It's also super convenient for visiting the Leshan Giant Buddha – a great choice overall.
