I have stayed at this location many times in the last 4/5 months. The first time we got checked into a room and immediately saw a ton of cockroaches. Told the front desk, who was super apologetic and switch us rooms on a different floor. We get to the new room to check that room out and our key didn't work..... So back down to the front desk. Once again, the guy was super apologetic and fixed the room key. Finally got back up to the room, the room key worked this time, no cockroaches to be found, and the bed was super soft! Since that first stay we have always had great customer service, great rooms, and great room prices (thanks to Booking.com)!! Would highly recommend this hotel! Right next to Interstate 35 and right next to Main St in Lewisville. I would say it is perfectly in the middle of Lewisville and not to far from most of the attractions in the area. It is also right across the street from the local hospital. The outside of the building is a little run down, not to bad though but the rooms have been beautifully remodeled!! They just need to remember to turn the light on for the guest.... 🤣🤣 This hotel is definitely a 5+ star hotel!!

The check in process was flawless. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly knowledgeable and expedient. The lobby was open and inviting. Ok Ive seen that before. The hallways were clean and not littered with guest trash. The room ? Let me tell you. This was literally the first hotel room in YEARS that I didnt find something broken or dirty. The sheets were freshly cleaned. The bathroom? Few amenities. But that bathroom was SPOTLESS.  The lovely housekeepers clearly take pride in their job. This hotel represents what ALL travelers want and need. I just cant say enough. Thanks everyone for going above and beyond what one expects. Gina
