Courtyard Lexington North

First, we were given keys to a room that was occupied. Imagine the surprise for both of us! After a night of listening to our loud, rattling air conditioner switching on and off, when we were leaving our room, the deadbolt wouldn’t open immediately. It took several tries. We realize the property is undergoing renovations, but this was beyond an inconvenience. The room itself had an awkward set up and didn’t feel up to Marriott standards.

There is no breakfast offered anymore even though I paid extra for it.

All the construction was a surprise. But, we didn't hear anything, the room was clean, and the gentleman working the check in was very nice and welcoming. We always try to stay at a Courtyard when we travel. We love it and sodoklkkkkids!kidsWe'vennevnevence.

The property is under construction and there was no notice about it on the ******* site. We were even able to add breakfast to the reservation, even though they no longer had any cooking facilities operational. Although they did adjust the rates back once we got there, so I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Staff is unprofessional and breakfast system is very bad and deceiving

They’re doing renovations and their gym and restaurant is closed. I made this reservation and paid $200 for these amenities they couldn’t provide.

Room was recently renovated. Friendly staff.

Staff was professional and their cooked to measure breakfast is awesome. But the property is getting old. The rooms have those noisy heating and AC units. It looks like they are working on renovations.
